We train a wide range of athletes, from those who are looking to build on years of hard work to folks who might just be starting on their pursuit of increased physical activity. Our certified head coach is able to thoughtfully adjust workouts to your skill and fitness level.
An important part of what we do at CrossFit 3040 is “constantly varied” workouts. This means that every day brings a different workout (or “WOD”), incorporating any combination of these elements. At CrossFit 3040 everyone will practice technique, lift weights, jump rope, climb, swing kettlebells, work on squats, deadlifts and dips. The culture of our gym is one of encouragement and accountability. Your fellow members work with you to help stay on track with your fitness and CrossFit goals.
