Our desire is to exist as a driving force in the redemption of the fitness industry in Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, and the surrounding areas. Fitness for us is the best means to a better end. We are fathers, mothers, teachers, students, and public servants first. And simply put: we want to become better at what we do in everyday life so that we may live that life to the fullest. Because we come in every shape, size and ability level, we at CrossFit Echelon, utilize a functional fitness program which emphasize intensity rather than isolation. The general physical preparation which is achieved primarily through the CrossFit strength and conditioning principles of constantly varied, high intensity movement.

This is an evidence based physical training method that spans broad time and modal domains, ultimately allowing you to go farther, go faster, while carrying a heavier load. This lets us outlast our kids on the playground, keep up with the twenty-somethings, and enjoy the physical conditioning of our body instead of slaving over it.
