Located at 1341 West Broad Street in Stratford, CT, CrossFit Expressions was established in 2013 to serve the greater Bridgeport and Stratford communities. It is run by fitness nuts Lemar R. Kearse and John T. Wong as an affiliate of CrossFit, Inc.
