We are an independent community committed to life long sustainable fitness, healthy nutrition and accomplishing goals with the help each other. Our gym is independently owned and run by professionals dedicated to the pursuit of better health for all of those who seek the same goal.

CrossFit Training is defined as constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. This program offers a fitness that prepares you for occurrences in everyday life, at home or at work, on the field or in the ring. All workouts are scaled to meet you where you are physically.

Regardless of your experience or fitness level, you will find your best fitness in the CrossFit program! CrossFit is scalable for all ages and levels and is so effective that it has been adopted by police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units (Navy SEALs), champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

I was visiting Providence for work and was able to easily purchase a drop-in session. Coach Pat was very welcoming and gave us a short tour before class started.
I really enjoy CrossFit Providence! I have been a member for 2 years now and my experience has been great! The coaching and caring from the coaches to the convenience of the class structure and the cleanliness of the facility. Also, the communication is excellent as CrossFit Providence keeps you informed with what's going on at the gym which fosters a sense of community. And they are really good a creating a sense of community by hosting events such as comedy nights, bbqs, beach days, etc. Lastly, they listen and make changes as needed for their members.

I dropped in Aug 13 and was immediately welcomed and shown around. Everyone was super friendly at this Box and I was so happy to do a WOD just as if I were at a Box back! Thank you! I had a great time!
great place to drop in to. super easy to find from downtown and lots of parking. coach patrick was welcoming and coached which is rare to find these days. great skill session and workout today. good way to start the weekend before the donuts start to disappear. the other athletes were all fantastic and supportive. thanks for letting us barge in today!!!
Tanner is running an excellent facility! Great CrossFit gym in Providence. Clean and organized facility, friendly and welcoming coaches and great athletes. No ego’s, lots of fun. Coaching is excellent! You won’t be disappointed.
Have dropped in a few times while visiting from out of town--and honestly I wish I lived locally so I could be a full member. The space is huge, clean, and tons of equipment. Easy parking and plenty of showers and space. Athletes of all levels participate in the same programming and scaling options are explained clearly to everyone--and there were athletes of all abilities and skill. Workouts were more a classic crossfit WOD which I loved than different coaches-choice 'functional fitness' that many gyms have made up since leaving formal crossfit affiliation. I wish my gym did more workouts like PVD's! Coach Patrick does a great job making sure everyone is ready for all the movements even on snatch day! and walked around the room to help us all literally every single athlete to fine tune our movements and make sure we felt confident for the workout. He was a warm and inviting face that even remembered me from the last time we dropped in--and made me feel like a regular. Can't say enough good things about this gym! Will be back for sure!
This gym has plenty of heavy stuff and friendly people to tell you how / when to pick the stuff up or put down the stuff. A must visit for fans of soreness / shortness of breath.
