Crossfit Reload is located in a unique space at the Old Pin Shops in Oakville, Connecticut. Previously CrossFit Watertown, we have been around for more than 6 years and are proud to bring the Sport of Fitness to our community and surrounding towns.
CrossFit Reload is determined to make CrossFit available to the majority of our friends and neighbors by offering a newly expanded class schedule, convenient payment options, and discounts to our local heroes; military personnel and first responders.
We have a diverse coaching staff with backgrounds ranging from the medical field to accounting and finance to an Olympic hopeful. With their wide range of experience, they all bring about their own flare to working with our members.
