Avoid Cubesmart! These people are liars and scammers. I asked for a smaller unit. They "upgraded" me at "no extra charge" to a larger unit. I told them that I didn't want the larger unit for the same price as the smaller unit, because they'd just increase my rent later to the price of the larger unit. They told me that wouldn't happen. Here we are one year later and I have received two rent increases. In one year, my rent has DOUBLED. These people are crooked. Avoid them.
Being a customer reserving from out of state, the online process was quick, convenient and pretty easy. When I got to the state and met Hope, she was pleasant, thoroughly explained the terms and handed me my lock & keys. The facility is modern and super clean. Very good experience here. We will be back.

Online process was extremely good. When I went for the first time the person in the office her name is Hope explained the layout and we were on our way to the unit with no problem. Facility looks very nice. Me and the wife are very pleased at this time.

This location of Bee Safe is awesome. From the staff to the tenants.....I have never found anyone to be nothing but polite, friendly and oh so helpful. Amber in the office has addressed every question I have had in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this location. And on a rainy or beastly hot day.....the drive thru loading area is a wonderful feature.
Okay staff, but just received word of price INCREASE for renters.....I just moved in 2 months ago, this is definitely BAD FOR BUSINESS, BAD TIMING especially when working hours have decreased or for some out of work altogether! I will be MOVING my things out ASAP.
Great service. Manager Amber is so kind and I’m so happy we chose the clean and management friendly storage place.
