The staff was excellent and knowledgeable Kristy helped me and she was just so pleasant and cheerful really helped me with all my questions and she even acknowledged that if she didn’t know the answer she would find someone that could but she really made my experience well worth it just a lovely young lady
This place is unlike any other storage unit they lock your code at 6 days past due no other storage place does that smh. Emailed owner and owner still has not reached out. It has been 3 days now.

Rodents and bugs oh my! Too many critters! They chewed through a corner in the wall and took over! Had to throw away everything including the bed! Horrible experience!

Lots of price increases. No help for businesses destroyed by corona virus. Manager was not kind. Never offered any help or empathy to the situation. The previous manager was great. If I had either good service or a fair price I would have stayed. Two stars for location.
I needed storage that was convenient and affordable. I was questioning the process but probably because of so much scamming that happens. All of codes worked and it’s what I needed.
Its was a fantastic experience, I was having a hard time in life and the young women named Chae was amazing, she was informed thoughtful and patient with me. Sometimes situations that bring a person to need a storage unit aren't all happy times in life. Im glad that Chae was there. She made this experience give me hope.
the young lady worked with me and found a cube that I though was big enough and when I found out it was not. She was will to rewrite a new contract with no trouble. Very friendly to talk with.
