Gezon Self Storage

I rented out a unit for about a month while I was moving between apartments and misunderstood the requirements for providing sufficient notice when moving out in the middle of a month, causing me to lose over half a month's rent. However, I called and explained my confusion and they were kind enough to refund me the rest of the month that I wasn't there for. Great experience with the storage unit, and great customer service!

Excellent customer service at Gezon storage! We had a great experience for two years there. We recently vacated, and weren’t able to come in right away to sign the paperwork. On the first of the month, instead of automatically charging us rent, they called to check in and gave us a chance to come in and finish the paperwork and not get charged since we were already moved out. So appreciate the care for us! Thank you!

Was going to rent at one of their other facilities but there was a problem with the unit. Angel had someone working on the unit right away and put me in a unit at the Gezon location. It is about the same distance to either location, so not a problem. Great customer service.

The owner is exceptionally nice and transparent with service requirements and information. Facility is clean and safe.

My experience was very good, I picked the facility first for location, 2nd security/access and third for the cheap prices! I have used the same facility twice in the past and if there is a need for a fourth I would most likely pick it again! Awesome friendly managers and clean facility!!

Good place to store your extra stuff. Reasonable price for unheated units. Easy entry and exit. Good security.
