Had a chance to stop and try out butter burgers, so why not? Yep. They have more butter. To my taste that came from the bun mostly. Otherwise it did not really taste much different than other fast food burgers. Sides were another story. We got the cole slaw and mashed potatoes and both were better than expected. Service was slow. It took almost an hour from when we walked in until we came back to our car. After ordering we had to wait for them to bring the food to us which accounted for the delay.
The Tomah, WI Culver’s is the best Culver’s in the country in my humble opinion. My fiancée and I stop here every time we drive between Minneapolis and Chicago, and it truly never disappoints. The restaurant is always bustling with families, retired folks, and couples at all hours of the day. It is clearly the place to be in Tomah. It’s sparkling clean, adequately staffed unlike most comparable restaurants, and consistently has a positive and pleasant atmosphere. The service is quick, attentive, and friendly. Everyone who works there seems to be happy, paid fairly, and treated with respect. It makes me so happy to see that. That should be the standard. The food is fresh and honestly seems to be make with love, even though it’s a fast casual restaurant. The deluxe butter burger, cheese curds, cod sandwich, fries, and custard are stand-out menu items for us. We are now pescatarians, so we are grateful to still have food options at Culver’s. The cod sandwich is super tasty, and it’s a worthy substitute for the butter burger. Overall, we love this Culver’s and can’t recommend it highly enough.
Non-Paid spokesman! Honest review! I might be biased by saying how much I love Culver's food because I grew up with it most my life while living in Wisconsin, but even when over the years I've never seen a downfall to their foods quality and customer service. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the people are quick to respond in helping you in any matter, whether it's a missing item on an order or maybe just not getting an order misplaced they will always be happy to help and correct it for you. Only take away I can give is to certain individuals customers. If they treated the workers how they're treated, that would be appreciated. I know things happen, and things take time, and they have plenty of work for being a great food chain to a great state of people. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND GOOD FOOD Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair accessibility for anyone needing it. Dietary restrictions: Custards are amazing and I recommend trying them all because they are as great as any ice cream you can get and never fails to be enjoyable.
First time trying Culver’s! We dined in and service the as quick and very efficient. All the employees we encountered were pleasant and helpful, impressively so! We both got burgers and cheese curds. Every thing was hot and good. We got turtle sundays for dessert. All in all the service was great and the food was good. Will eat at Culver’s again.
We popped in here during lunch rush hour today. The kids working here, despite the craze, we’re all happy to help, greeted with a smile, and had one heck of a system pumping orders out without mistake. Nice work! Thank you!Food: 4/5
Loved that they asked if our specialty order was due to allergies. They informed me that fries are in a shared fryer therefore cross contaminating. But that allowed us to make a wiser choice for our son. Also, loved seeing the special needs population working there as part of a team. Dietary restrictions: Celiacs
It was a very busy Sunday afternoon. We were traveling through on the way home to Indiana. We did have a small wait for our food but were more than happy to do so. Staff was pleasant even with some unhappy impatient customers. They deserves praise for their work and kindness. Good job everyone. Kid-friendliness: Super sweet the to the kiddos
I'm rating this as a fastfood restaurant. I think Culver's are on the upper end of fast food. The establishment is clean and inviting. Service is good, you have to wait and they will bring your food to the table. Wait was perhaps five minutes. The flavor was good. They had choices for someone on a special diet. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, and low fat options are available.
Very grateful to live in a town with such an amazing Culvers. Not only do their workers always wear the most genuine smile on their face, but they take care of one another. I also wanted to say thank you to Becky, as I forgot my debit card today she made this incident seem so small and took care of me regardless. It’s acts of kindness like this that keep our world going round. God bless this wonderful place that just so happens to be located in my local town.
Usually we receive well made food here but today I got a burger that was less than appealing.the cheese and onion was half off of the burger. So I guess you could say I had half a burger and half cheese burger. It was not what I expect from our hometown Culvers. Have pride in what you are serving.Food: 2/5
