This is by far my personal favorite KFC in the STATE. I work out of Milwaukee. Driving from St. Paul back I stopped on a whim. Staff was amazing. Good was made absolutely perfect. Literally the best I have ever had. Thank you guys for doing a great job.Food: 5/5
The worker behind the counter acted like she had something stuck up somewhere. Dirty counters, didn't know I saw them grab tongs that fell and still used them. The food was good, and condiments were not stocked. Be careful leaving store as the only entrance is right after the drive-thru windowblind spot.Food: 4/5
This is the third time I've been to KFC Tomah location and had a terrible experience. We will not be going back. The last time I was there I got a 5 piece box and was shorted 2 pieces. Last night we were going to run a few late errands in tomah and decided to change it up and get dinner at KFC. There was a little bit of a line when I got there, no big deal, the line usually moves pretty quickly. This was not the case last night. I sat in line with 3 hungry kids for 30 minutes, at least 10 just to place my order. Then I sat at the window another 20 minutes waiting for my order. As I sat waiting, I watched 2 staff members standing around doing nothing. Poor management for sure. I also watched several people leave the line to go elsewhere. When one of the workers came to the window my 8 month old was screaming so I couldn't hear him. I asked a little irritated where my food was and he kept asking which order mine was. So I got a little loader and he told his manager there was a crazy at the window so she hollered not to come back. After an hour of waiting, I don't think I will.
Stopped for lunch on my way from Indiana to Fairmont MN. This KFC was extremely clean has a great updated look. If traveling through the area make sure you stop by. was spotlessFood was delicious A+
What happened to the Taste !! it used to be great, it doesn't have that seasoned taste like it used to, The KFC's gravy used to be wonderful !!Food: 2/5

We have never had such poor service at this KFC before. It took 29 minutes from ordering to receiving our order. Several people walked out because the couldn't get anyone to take their order. I am very disappointed in this KFC.Food: 1/5

Brings back a lot of super cool memories with baby Louise. We use to eat at KFC and had a lot of fun.
Chicken Over cooked, fries cold, loads of pepper flavor, restaurant tables dirty and a few flies inside. Nope never again.Food: 1/5
