Stopped in for breakfast recently. I had the 55plus scrambled eggs and cheese breakfast and it was very good. It was just enough food for me as I wasn't starving. Service was great. Enjoy stopping at this Denny's. Always love the feel of the classic American diner.Food: 4/5
Environment was disgustingly dirty, servers were slow and rude, had to grab mine and another tables silverware myself because nobody was to be seen in the restaurant. Had to send back a mango smoothie because it was just ice chunks and no mango flavor at all.Food: 2/5
Located Inside the truck stop. There is TRUCK PARKING, but its all first come, first serve. Service wasnt anything to write home about and Im not gonna complain....since they did show up for work. The food was hot and tasty...your basic Dennys options. We were hungry, they were open....We Ate!
It’s a pretty average Dennys. The Chicken Fried Steak is good but I’d stay away from the nachos. The chips are so salty you practically need a gallon of water between each chip. Also I paid for the up charge for guacamole with my nachos and it was literally half of a poorly cut avocado. Obviously Dennys isn’t a Mexican restaurant but they shouldn’t advertise their avocado as guacamole imo. I included a picture of the “guacamole” from the to go order I got.
Waiter was the only server and did a great job with our group and keeping a positive attitude with us. My meal was delicious, and the rest of our party said the same.Food: 5/5
Unfortunately a bad overall experience. Not the waitresses fault. There was only one working and she had 9 tables. It took more than 15 min to place an order, when it arrived the toast looked to have mold on it it COULD have been avocado, we couldn't tell for sure. So they made more, but burned it and gave extra unburned. Would rather leave the burnt toast off the plate. Due to only one server, food was slow, coffee didn't refill, and asking for anything became a challenge. I'll not be back to that location and instead head to Perkins across the street. Again, not the waitresses fault, just poorly managed location.
My husband and I stopped for dinner. We ordered a regular lemonade and a strawberry lemonade. They both tasted like bitter water. Ordered mozzarella sticks. The breading was good but you had to rip apart the cheese with your teeth. Then ordered a spicy chicken skillet thing. It was mush. The chicken was bland but moist. The only good rhing about it. Ordered the Mac and brisket skillet. Mac and cheese was just like kraft. Brisket was burnt to a crisp. The onion rings and barbecue sauce was good. Overall, terrible food. Not at all worth the $50!!!!!! We left about 15 minutes ago and are already sick to our stomachs. Will not be returning.
friendly staff decently fast service food and hot and prepared wellFood: 5/5
I'm sad to say it was not the best experience this time around. Normally it is a wonderful place to spend time with my granddaughter and delicious food as well. However, We waited about 15 min to be seated and it was only myself and granddaughter. Then another 10 minutes to get our drink order and I asked if they could please just take our order for food with our drink order. They did and she was polite also. However she was not my waitress. I only talked to my waitress 2×. Once to drop off drink order and the other was when she told me my drink would take longer because the cooks had to cook the bacon for it. We were not offered water and as we waited for another hour and twenty minutes for our food they avoided my table the whole time. They ignored my signal for help when I would put up my hand. Eventually when I was able to get an employees attention it was to ask for the check for our drinks and to cancel the order because she had informed me it would be another 25 minutes before we could get our food, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to eat and still get to the movie on time. She then said to me "Yes, fine just go." So I said Thank you and proceeded to leave when she stopped my granddaughter and said rather rudely "What she isn't gonna even pay for her ticket!!" I am disabled and when we got up to leave I waited at the front for a few moments while my granddaughter played a claw machine. Then when no one came with a ticket I assume when she told me to just leave and then didn't come over that it was on the house for the inconvenience. However I did return back to the counter after my granddaughter came and told me what she had said to her in front of everyone and embarrassed her like we were trying to skip out on the check. I apologized and explained the way she told me to leave and then didn't come back to me with a check that I assumed it was on the house. She didn't really respond she just clicked her tongue and rolled her eyes as she handed me back my change. Also the price on food has also been raised quite a bit. Sadly I must admit I was disappointed in our visit this time, but like I said usually we love going there for our special time and the food n service is normally great. I guess everyone has a bad day hopefully it got better for everyone.
Ordered food over the phone was told price and when it would be ready. Showed up 20 minutes after ordering and they were closed. Checked online hours. Says open 24 hours confirmed 1 week ago. There was no sign on the door either. Doors were locked.
