Culver's is a great go-to for delicious fast food, done right. They don't mess up orders like some other places, the staff at all locations are very nice and helpful. The price is good for what you get. And most importantly, you can taste the love and effort they put in the food, unlike some other places where the food seems poorly thrown together just to get it to you.
The Culver's has been hit and miss for me with the last visit being a big miss. Waited 45 minutes in the drive-through, the last 30 of which was between ordering and getting my food. They must have prepared it when I ordered as by the time I received it the food was lukewarm and my concrete mixer was liquid. Hopefully the new location in town is better as I don't plan to go here again anytime soon.
Culver’s is the best, obviously! But what really sets apart the Sun Prairie locations is the staff. Each and every time we come to either of the two locations, we experience outstanding customer service. Especially from the General Manager, Tom! You can tell that he really, really enjoys his job- he’s great at it!
Waited 30 minutes to get cold fries. I will never return. Quite possibly the worst Culver's I've ever been to. Management should be replaced with people that are competent. To explain what obviously happened here - my food was cooked when I ordered it, then sat for 20+ minutes before being brought to me.Food: 1/5
This review is regarding Culver's on Main St. Sun Prairie I WANT to like this Culver's, I really do, however EVERY single time I order from there I HAVE to immediately check the bag and receipt because if I dont, they WILL forget one or multiple items and I won't realize until I'm all the way home. Ordered 2 large, and 3 regular chili cups from them last week, got home and they had only included 1 large and 1 regular when the receipt clearly shows on the bag that there is supposed to be 2 large, and 3 regular. And that i paid for those. Moral of the story: Check your bag, every time, no exception.
Absolutely delicious. I ordered the pot roast sandwich, and it's just like grandma made it, beefy and fall apart tender. I'll definitely be ordering another one soon. Hope the pot roast sandwich becomes another unique staple for Culvers.
Definitely not as good as it used to be. Every single time I go thru the drive thru they don’t bring it he whole order out. Pull away after dude brings out the first thing that was forgotten and drive home and another thing missing. Apple juice and ice cream not like it’s anything special on a sandwich. I normally never complain but it’s annoying turning around the last 4 times because the simplest thing isn’t with the order Just ordered tonight 10/1 kids meal was fine. Ordered a grill chicken sandwich no pickles get home and it was no chicken then they got a thing on there phones that says they aren’t available right now lol. I pray the new one is better
Unfriendly staff poor service will Mess up your order or just straight up miss parts of it and then staff will show attitude when you request they make it right. Didn’t matter if you drive thru take out or dine in. I understand being busy overworked stressed especially being in fast food but multiple poor experiences and a filthy dining and bathroom and they served me expired Buffalo and ranch on multiple occasions. Lead me to question how clean the kitchen environment is at this place.
The food is so fresh they wait until you order to slaughter the cow. Come here if you want to wait in the drive thru line for 2 hours. Update: got home after a 2 hour wait just to have a cold burger and cold fries. I’ve never had such poor service at any other Culver’s.
I used to really like culvers but the last couple times I have gone to the one in Sun Prairie I have waited close to 15 to 20 minutes for my food and than end up with a burger that is not even fully cooked and raw. I do not think I will continue to support this location any longer.
