They have these rude kids playing and ignoring the drive thru we sat out about 20 mins before we was forced to come into lobby and still no one came out. They need new training and no kids who don’t take serious im sure they spit in my food becuz they got mad becuz they had to workFood: 4/5
We have a Sonic in our hometown in Minnesota. This location has a smaller drive-in and an indoor dining area. The dining room was closed during our visit. We had a van full of seven adults so we wanted the convenient drive-in. One menu item new to us is the Philly Cheesesteak. It was excellent. All the food was delicious and service was fast and excellent. Impressive coming from a van full of adults with opinions.
Workers were in the back the whole time and I asked for an Oreo cheesecake master shake and the first time they gave me a vanilla shake, then they gave me a strawberry one and didn’t tell me that they were giving me something else. They told me that they couldn’t find the ingredients the first time but then said that they had found them, but she came out with a strawberry one. The breakfast burrito I got was bad too. It was ridiculous.
My family attempted to place an order at the drive thru. After waiting at the box for ten minutes, maybe longer, without a greeting or response to hails, we finally decided to leave. I witnessed several cars leave before us and there were three more behind us when we drove away. The service at the Sun Prairie location has been steadily becoming worse for some time and this most recent visit made it abundantly clear that I should take my business elsewhere from now. Ultimately, we decided to take our business to the nearby Dairy Queen, where we were promptly served. I did share my experience with their corporate customer support number, who assured me they'd share my feedback with the location's owners. They offered me a free drink for my trouble, which I declined by advising that I have no intention of returning to this location. A business requires patrons to thrive and I suspect this location won't be in business much longer.
Not the first time this sonic has disappointed, but this time I feel I have to share because it is HILARIOUS. I placed an order on the mobile app and rolled up and clicked “I’m here” to let the kiosk know I had arrived and they could start preparing the order. I then chilled for 15 minutes and my order disappeared from the screen so I pushed the red button. A lady came on the speaker and said the stalls were closed, that’s all. Three other cars were also hanging out waiting for their food. No signs were posted stating this. Unsure what the game plan was with that… Let customers become frustrated until they push the button? Idk anyway, I go through the drive through and the lady hands me the bag and drink, says nothing, and lets the window close. They’re probably understaffed but dang man, at least put out a sign. If you want cold tots and zero communication THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!
Ordered on line at 7:03 was told food to be ready in 6 minutes. I checked in at 7:14 and was told a few minutes. I watched cars back up in the drive through and drive around after getting their food. My food came at 7:30 and it was cold. I drove around to the drive up there was one car in front of me a guy asked if I wanted to order I said no that I didn’t want the food given me because it was cold. The manager came out making an issue because I was talking loud all said and done she told me to leave that she didn’t have to serve me that she’s never had a complaint before. As I was leaving the guy in the suv in front of me made a comment he had no business getting involved. I believe if anyone of you ordered food and basically waited a half hour for it and it was cold and you had two little kids waiting at home for their kid meal you might get upset to.
I moved to Wisconsin from Arkansas and I didn’t even know there was a Sonic in Wisconsin. So when I found out that there was a Sonic here, my husband and I drove a whole hour just to have lunch there because we hadn’t had Sonic in a very long time. When I arrived I was greeted by the new Manager Yisrcell and let me tell you he was amazing. The restaurant was clean and he made sure our food was cooked fresh, he even personally brung out food to our table because we drove a whole hour just to have lunch here. The food was indeed hot and fresh and I enjoyed every single bite. Made me feel like home. Highly recommended to go and have breakfast, lunch, dinner or maybe even for a Route 44 or Ice cream, they have plenty of options. I definitely will be coming back.
Absolute worst fast food and service I’ve ever experienced. After waiting for 10 minutes because they were “out of pre made burgers” somehow the food still came out cold and old. The fries looked like they were literally picked off the floor. So disgusting!!!Food: 1/5
Went in to go get 1 drink a cherry limeade with extra cherries. I got it made wrong twice was just pure lime at bottom. The girl that I walked in on because she didn't lock bathroom door was just playing on her phone and not working. The service was so bad. Time before that we waited in drive thru for almost an hour for 2 hamburgers and 2 drinks. DO BETTER SONNIC EMPLOYEES.
This happened on 11-5-2022. My SO and I ordered from this sonic and the food didn’t taste right so she went back to sonic to get a new order. They were kind enough to replace the food free of charge. Then she came back with this. I believe the clear plastic is from the cheese packaging and the other burger had a blue piece of plastic inside. She did try a piece of the burger and still tasted weird like it was old meat. Maybe it was our luck of the draw today but this will be our last time going to this sonic. Hope this helps someone
