I had always hoped to find a friendly neighborhood jeweler who I can count on for quick and easy cleanings and repairs, and I think I finally found them! Everyone I encountered here was pleasant, professional, and quick to offer assistance. On this particular visit, I was helped by Elizabeth, who was fantastic. She worked to quickly have my earrings repaired, and even had my ring cleaned on a moments notice! She also let me know out of courtesy that the prongs of my ring were a bit uneven but assured me that the stone wasn’t in danger of falling out yet. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything and there were no attempts to upsell me on any services. I will definitely be back.
I called ahead to see if they could fix a latch on my bracelet. I don’t have much experience with jewelry so I had no idea what to expect. Whomever I spoke with over the phone was friendly and told me to come on by. The security guard opened the door for me and I was greeted warmly by Daneshka, a consultant. I showed her my bracelet, she took it to the jeweler and within 5 minutes it was fixed at no charge!! The showroom was clean, calm, and welcoming. This place is the perfect balance between world class and local charm. Highly recommend.
I have over 10 beautiful pieces from this company they make you feel special from the time you walk in the door they have something for every budget and every budget is just as important as the next! I have found beautiful gifts for family, friends, and colleagues! Every time I wear a piece of the Cumberland Dimond Exchange jewelry, I get so many compliments! This team of amazing individuals are knowledgeable, have quality stones and products, but most of all take time to spend with you and make sure when you leave you are so happy with your purchase! Forget the green Tiffany box anytime I see that blue box I know it’s for someone special, and it came from a quality designer. I hope by the time you finish reading this, you’re in the car. Headed to meet these folks you will not be disappointed.
I’m blown away by the customer service here!! I came in to get help cleaning paint off of my ring. I got it back the same day, it looks better than ever, cleaning was FREE even though my ring was from another shop out of state. Amazing people, especially Monique!

They have helped with so many jewelry pieces and they are a true example of what customer service means. Anything jewelry they are the best.
We have been going to CDE for almost 8 years and I couldn’t dream of buying our jewelry from anywhere else!! Not only is the staff the sweetest, most helpful and knowledge people in the industry, but the jewelry is absolutely stunning! I get numerous compliments on my jewelry every day! Highly recommend CDE as they are the best in the business!
Wow they deleted my review!! They LOST our original engagement ring and loose stones 3 weeks before our wedding after spending 9 months working with them on a custom his/hers design. Never will be working with them again as much as I wanted to have a local jeweler I could trust. Devastating, heartbreaking, and disappointing barely scratch the surface for all the feelings this process put us through. Not to mention there were several bumps along the way with both the custom job and separate ring resizing. Responses were painfully slow overall. They refunded our deposits and honored our appraisal. But that doesn’t make up for our lost original stones and time that was wasted. Do NOT recommend
My daughter and son in law just had their first child, my very first grandchild! It has been a very exciting time. I asked for guidance on creating a piece as a gift to my daughter. The team at Cumberland worked closely and patiently with me to ensure that the vision I had was realized. I am forever grateful to them for designing a special piece that made my daughter very happy.
My family has done business with Mark and team at Cumberland Diamond Exchange for over 35 years since I bought my wife’s engagement and wedding rings from them in 1988. We have made many purchases over the years to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, the sale of companies, etc., etc… Our children have also used CDE for their respective wives’ engagement/wedding rings and other milestone occasions. They always stand by their products and will make any necessary repairs or adjustments as we know all to well as my wife has been known to be pretty rough on her jewelry! They are simply the best and I highly recommend seeing them for any jewelry needs!
