Sayers has a nice selection of jewelry. We were there so that my wife could pick out her Christmas present. She was pleased with her selections. And so was I. The staff and owners were pleasant and friendly Overall it was a nice shopping experience and I will recommend Sayers to family and friends
Best place within a large mile radius for custom work! Incredibly trustworthy with great grandparent stones. Very detail oriented to get my custom designs exactly how I wanted them for my wedding. Can’t recommend this place or Deborah enough. They’ve made lifelong customers. My order turned out spectacular!
My fiancee and I were recommended Sayer's by a relative and had a great experience working with their team and especially Gretchen. She was very thorough, kind, and easy to work with over the course of purchasing our wedding rings. We used diamonds from a family ring of my fiancee to incorporate into her wedding ring and Gretchen leveraged her years of experience combined with advanced technology to show us potential prototypes for the eventual completed band. She dedicated her efforts via phone, texting, and in-person visits to get the exact ring my fiancee wanted. Working with the rest of the Sayer's team, she designed a beautiful diamond band for my fiancee and a plan gold band for myself, engraved with a special saying. I can't recommend Sayer's enough! We live in PA but always welcomed our trips to DE to work on our rings. We'll definitely be using Sayer's in the future. Go to Sayer's and go to Gretchen!
Best jeweler in MOT !! I went to Sayers for a watch battery and found my new favorite jeweler. The customer service is unmatched. Super friendly and always going out of their way to make the customer happy. Even when I asked a million questions regarding a jewelry purchase they took the time to ensure I was happy in every aspect of my purchase. I wish more businesses would follow this model. Julie, Gretchen, and Jessica are the best.
Came here to purchase a new engagement ring for my wife. Becky was ridiculously helpful, spent a good two hours going through design and stone options. She walked me through multiple cases of rings for examples as well as walked me through some of the basics of diamonds. Then she asked what my budget was and where I'd like to stay. But more importantly, she didn't try to push me into a more expensive purchase or push special financing on me. Ultimately she got me in under my original budget with a quality product. Hands down, if I had to redo the process over I'd go back here. Don't let the quaint building fool you, this isn't a big brand like Kay's or anything equivalent to that. It's better, it's more personal. They are genuinely interested in making sure you're happy with the product but just as concerned with making sure the product fits what you wanted. On a final note, I came in looking for something I needed with 48 hours to go before I needed it. Becky and Sayers had it done send ready in under 24 hours. Granted what I was looking looking wasn't complicated but they didn't have the band in stock on the day I arrived. If you go anywhere, go here.
New to the area and dropped in looking for a favorite watch maintenance. They completed the job perfectly and priced right. Extremely friendly and professional staff. I was attended to by Gretchen and she welcomed me to the neighborhood and we chatted about the history of the store and area. Overall experience, quality and professionalism is an AAA +++. We have used Sayers for almost 9 years for special occasion gifts along with quite a few of my feel good gifts for Me. Yesterday my husband of a few weeks shy of our 48th wedding anniversary surprised me with a beyond beautiful diamond wedding band & engagement ring, along with the help of Gretchen. I arrived on time for the appointment to pick out a chain for a delicate sand dollar pendent, my husband was running behind. Once he walked in the surprise began to unfold Speaking from my Heart now… when I look at my absolutely gorgeous rings on the finger that connects to my heart, my mind will automatically remember that moment in time. I can’t imagine this happening anywhere else Thank you Sayer’s family I did get the beautiful chain also
