The the staff is super helpful. I’m always greeted so kindly when I enter. I’m offered help when looking for children’s books and I attend the various programs offered at this location. I have attended Baby Club and Baby Stay in Play. Baby club is super informative and fun. I highly enjoy the Baby Stay and Play because it is such low stress activity for parents and children. The staff running it, answers questions and keeps a relaxed, friendly, open environment for everyone who attends

I’ve been coming here sense I was a teenager i loved it then and I love it now! The staff has changed some but for the most part there all pretty great and helpful. They answer all questions the computers always work and fast. It’s always nice and quiet! The librarian always walk around checking on everyone which I think is so needed and nice you can never be to safe and they do accept during certain times cans to pay for past due balances and give away food to the kids and have a big selection and will order what you request. 10/10 for sure and there kid section is great they even have a video game station who h I thought was so nice

I went into the library today and been coming for over 8 years. Without no trouble. Today I will be stop coming to this library location. The head manager of the library.. Saw me , she coming from nowhere accused me of swearing. Well I reading a book. I told her I didn't even swear. She insisted I did. I told her it wasn't me. I feel discriminated today. Not coming here no more. And I went to the city council and talk to them about it. And they let me to talk to a Brooklyn city officer. What happened in the library today.

I am a computer illiterate, once in a while I might have to go and have something faxed no matter who helps me they're always nice about it and I appreciate that. I've been in Brooklyn for 10 years and going to that library I'll tell you one thing not one person in that building has ever had an attitude. Very very helpful and nice people

Excellent library and they have nice computers and good customer service.

I take my grandchildren to the Tutoring program after school, and they love going and getting help with their homework. The staff is very good at assisting them with their homework assignments.

Very helpful staff . Very clean and safe environment.

Very busy day for this branch. Three+ events going on at the same time. I attended the Election Training. This branch has a lot of good stuff going on. Bathroom was clean as well as the room we used. Masks recommended but not required.
