This location systematically racially profiles black and brown customers. Employees follow black and brown customers through the aisles, because they assume they may want to steal. I spoke to management and the behavior persists. Is a shame that on the 21st century my children and I have to go through situations like this. Is unacceptable and CVS as a company should do more to eradicate such a poisonous culture
CVS is AWFUL!!! I wish I could rate them negative numbers ... WHY are pharmacists working outside of their scope of practice and administering vaccines when customers need them for pharmacological questions and tasks???? Are they nurses or pharmacists? ... inefficient pharmacy processes. Get robo called to death but once get there it is extremely frustrating.
Waited half an hour for our scheduled five-minute visit with no information or point of contact, and only saw one staff member leave/re-enter the room. When we saw one of the healthcare staff members be rude to an older vet who had been waiting for an hour and a half without any information we cancelled our appointment for a flu jab.
The minute clinic staff member treats people badly, doesn't understand patient privacy, lacks knowledge, and makes assumptions. They also didn't administer my vaxx correctly and didn't do something they said they would. They can't handle polite people, so there's no chance that they would put up people treating them the way they treat others. If you're hurting and taking it out on others, please seek help. It's misery for you and others with no positive aspect of it.
Very poor pharmacy/vaccine service. Booked two flu vaccines for my kids. We arrived and received a cancelation notice after the time of the appointment and after we had checked in. The team there did not appear to know what was going on or why the appointments were canceled. At one point, someone mentioned a lunch break. It was 4PM.
I came in 8/24 around 3 pm. The employees are very rude and are not helpful at all. The Manager is even worse had my waiting for her and she never came out. I placed a order for pick up and they said they did not receive any thing and showed them my receipt for the order and the email saying that its ready and they still said there was no order. which is okay understandable if its not on the system but they didn't try to work with me to get my order they just wanted me out like I was bothering them. They need better staff.
I set an appointment waited for a half and hour just to be told no. All i need is my stupid blood pressure taken. But apperently she had a big appointment there and I was the only one waiting. Im so sick of people man its not even funny. I hate doctors, I ahte nurses. I dont trust them for them just always brushing people off like its no big deal.
I moved into a new house in Eastchester close to this CVS location with my husband and three boys last February. I was unfortunate enough to have met the pharmacists there - in particular Rob. I have never written a bad review before but this experience stays with me. I think of what I went through at this horrible pharmacy and it upsets me! I first met Rob when I went to pick up my prescriptions. They were out of two of the three. No problem I thought I can let Rob the head pharmacist know that I will be coming to this pharmacy in future and if he wouldn’t mind keeping them in stock so my schedule stays on track. Fast forward 4 months and my prescriptions were never in stock- literally I had to call to find out and then someone would tell me yes only to drive in and it’s not there. Then back out to the car and cvs would call with that annoying automated service saying they were ready for pick up. Anyway the part that got me was when my doctor wrote a script and Rob said he would have to put it on special order. A whole month went by of empty promises and lies from the staff saying it will be in tomorrow. Between going in or time wasted calling. Well tomorrow never came and my script went out of date and my doctor was on vacation. Rob messed up 6 months of my meds. I don’t think he cares or has a conscience. I am not mad at Rob or the staff. I am mad at myself for wasting precious time at that zoo they call a “pharmacy”
This CVS allows dogs to sit in their shopping carts. This is the same area where sterile supplies to dress surgical wounds and food products are placed by customers. I love dogs but a dog’s fecal area should not be in direct contact to where clean medical equipment and food is placed. This must be public health code violation. Disgusting.
Useless. All i needed to do was confirm if this CVS minute clinic did indeed provide Tetanus shots as the CVS website says as we all know what a website says and what a CVS store actually does/ has are two completely different things! Stayed on hold to talk to someone, end up with the pharmacist who has no idea; so she transfers me to the Minute Clinic which just is a recorded message that then hangs up! Tried the text option provided and the answer i get - check out the website. 100% USELESS
