I never really have a bad experience here. My kid’s pediatrician office is about 3 blocks away and from the time the doctor sends the prescription to us arriving it is always ready. They are always fast and efficient. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I always tell people to use CVS inside Target. It’s my favorite pharmacy in town.
Corporate systems implementing automatic processes while eliminating customer service. After being on hold waiting to speak with someone for 1 hr and 12 mins I hung up. 800# is not able to assist with prescription transfers that we’re automatically filled without request by patient.
Nicole is very rude Not pleasant at all, every time you call to discuss something its like an imposition to them. Time to switch pharmacies.
They don't even have a pharmacist today, which means they can't open. It's extremely unprofessional and it's putting people's health at risk.
I have been trying for almost a week to get medication from my physician filled. The doctors office has repeatedly sent the prescription over and the pharmacy still doesn't have it. After repeated phone calls to check I was told "you need to get a paper copy and bring it over" and it was not said in a kind way. COVID 19! Seriously, you want me to go into a hospital with SICK people and risk exposure? NO!!!! again how about NO! The staff did nothing to help. They were rude and when my husband went in person, at the direction of the Dr. who will NOT give him a hard copy, told him to do it. Once at the counter, a male staff member was rude and said super loud "it's a class 2 narcotic". So much for patient privacy, how embarrassing and disrespectful. Would be better to say the treatment for an STD is ready. SERIOUSLY!!! I mean how does someone do that! The medication still is not filled and we are at a point where we have no choice but to keep dealing with these people. We were trying to save a little money since Insurance won't cover the medication. In the future... screw it I'll just spend the money.. because we all have so much just sitting around with the lock-downs. <<<<<EXTREME SARCASM HERE Thanks a lot for nothing! Save yourself the trouble and avoid these people!
Something fishy is going on here, they don't fill what ever order received from the Dr's office, observed this on two separate occasions, both times called before going, they said order is ready pick up.when we went to pick up meds they said, only partial order was filled, after questioning, they filled the full prescription. Unacceptable! Playing with customers emotions, poor customer service, wasting customer's valuable time.
This is the only pharmacy that I have used over the last year. As someone who gets one medication filled regularly, I was used to showing up and paying $15.00 for my RX. This year my insurance changed with my employer. I went in to pick up the same RX and the gal behind the counter I wish I could recall her name politely and kindly asked me if I knew the cost of the medication. Due to the change in my insurance plan, my RX was now going to cost me just shy of $300.00; as I am now required fulfill a medical/RX deductible. Nonetheless, I was upset by this news. I even cried at the counter. But the gal was extremely sweet. She told me to look online to see if there were options to help with the cost and even encouraged me to call my insurance company. I did both of those things and I was able to locate a discount coupon to help pay for my meds. I sincerely appreciate the level of customer service that I received and continue to receive. As these folks don't just treat you like a number/customer.
They have always been helpful especially working with my out of state and now instate insurance. If I have to pay for a medication because ohp sucks, the kind and helpful people at this location have helped me find savings. They’re friendly, helpful and I’m thrilled to continue giving this store my business. Sometimes people have to remember the staff have to follow state regulations and they do their best to help everyone.
Jeff and the crew are awesome! We have been going there for a long time and ALWAYS get excellent service!
Tetnus shot was spendy, but the people were friendly and easy to work with.
