Went to the seafood department at 4:30pm in the afternoon Friday 8/25/2023.  No one was working in the department.  Another customer was in line and said she was wait for 15 minutes, that a clerk came out and disappeared.  Wanted to purchase 5 lobsters, but had to leave.  Asked a young lady, who said she was a sift supervisor what was going on.  She was condescending in saying “the clerk is on break, and my manager is aware of it.

One particular female cashier who works here needs an attitude adjustment. I was shopping with my mom and she was purchasing alcohol for my dad and when we were checking out, the woman was badgering me for my ID when I wasn't even the one making the purchase! While I am a younger man, I am also well over 21 years old. I would have had no problem showing her if I was the one buying it but I wasn't. She made it seem like my mom was buying the alcohol for me and that just wasn't the case. As for the store itself, it is on the smaller side and the variety is decent but this experience definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Solution: Hire more pleasant workers!

I had a horrible experience shopping at this place.  a employee who works at the cashier was racist towards me.  I was accompanying my husband shopping so my husband tried to buy an alcoholic drink.  the lady immediately asked for my ID so I showed my passport with the US visa and she refused to sell the drink.  So, who only has a passport can't buy alcohol?  this is crazy!  and one detail: she never asked about the identity of my husband who is an American citizen!

This is a very small and dirty store.. The smell of this place and everything crammed in there. The food area was very dirty drippings on the stainless steel and some odd liquid in the pans

This review is based on dirty produce shelving & Disgusting seafood section You can smell the nasty odor just standing at the deli which is right beside the seafood counter I'm shocked the health department hasn't shut that section down Clearly management is clueless to what fresh seafood is suppose to look like and that there should be no odor to fresh seafood Shameful

I had a great experience at the seafood department . Their new associate Ryan was friendly and helpful !

Nice customer service little high on prices but close to home.

Shop here every week, nice selection, food is fresh

I love all the Hannaford,maybe a little more $$,but the quality of the food, employees and service, put Market Basket to shame. The management is kind, helpful and go the extra mile to help shoppers. I will never go to Market Basket again.

Love this place, everyone is always so helpful! Don't sleep on Hannaford muffins.
