If zero stars was an option I would leave zero. Absolutely embarrassing that they wont hire enough staff to answer the phones so if you need help with something, oh well, good luck to you. At this point they should just close the store and put more staff into other locations so at least some of the locations can function properly. What a joke.
Worst pharmacy ever. Under staffed. Pharmacist complained about the Computers are slow. Inventory is expired snd can't be dispensed. Would not assist customers at consultation window. Everyone had to wait in the checkout line to ask questions. Most miserable experience I've ever had in a store. If I had to go back to that store for life saving medicine, I don't think I would gill the Rx. It was "that"bad. Naz is clearly overwhelmed and unsupported. To get through her work shift. she turns off her ability to help people. Questios take too much time, thought, and attention, so she just throws those customers to the curb.
Such a lack of professionalism, kindness and empathy. Wish they could understand that people who need the services they offer can more often than not be not feeling well. Even the pharmacist Naz was rude! Will be looking for another pharmacy to give my business to.
They never contacted me to tell me they didn’t have the medication in stock, but to check the following day. When I called the following day, they said the haven’t had the medication for weeks, and no idea if they will get it soon. Whenever I call, they pick up after 25 minutes of being on hold, and then I get disconnected. So frustrating.
This Pharmacy is the worst. If I didn't have to use them due to my mother retirement insurance, I wouldn't. Not only are they crazy slow while you are in line, but calling in is the biggest pain. I generally sit on hold for an hour or longer just to ask a question. The auto refill's are never filled on the right day. The worst pharmacy ever!
Terrible experience. I’ve had 4-5 problems filling prescriptions here, from failing to check online scripts and then making me show proof to long lines and rude employees. I gave them too many chances because of convenience. Never again.
Weird layout for a CVS, and no longer carries Arizona cans just the expensive "Cold Brew" variety. Still, has a decent selection.
WALKED IN HERE ON A SUNDAY MORNING TO GET MY EMPLOYEES SOME CUPS AND ORANGE JUICE FOR BREAKFAST. UNDERGROUND PARKING IN PARKING STRUCTURE. WALK UP THE STAIRS TO ENTER THE STORE.LADY GREETED ME AND SAID CAN I HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING I SAID YES LOOKING FOR SOME CUPS SHE SAID AISLE 1 .VERY FRIENDLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ILL BE BACK STORE WAS CLEAN.
The pharmacist there is rude and discriminatory against non white people. She had a bad attitude from the get go and refuses to transfer my medication to be filled at that location from another CVS store because she was busy. When I told her that is her job to help people get their medication she yelled and refuses service, I will be filing a complaint with the state board of pharmacy. Medication was needed and when I went to another location she had placed a hold on it so that the medication would not be released.
Both my boyfriend and I haven't had great experiences with the pharmacy here recently. We don't believe they have people's best interests at heart. Pharmacists here don't seem to be very compassionate, patient or kind. Being a pharmacist in the healthcare industry should mean taking pride in helping those who need help. It isn't about being capricious and greedy. The male pharmacist I spoke to seemed really nice at first. I felt like he wanted to help me out because of my situation and I was truly grateful. The next day he made a suggestion and asked that I drive to this location and follow a few directions. I called in advance like he asked, right before I left my home, but when I arrived I was ignored. I waited for a full hour but didn't receive the help I was promised before I left. It felt like he was withholding my medication and made assumptions about me. Besides being unconcerned about my money and time and health, it was simply unprofessional. Due to my income bracket, healthcare is a very, very difficult and dangerous place to navigate. It doesn't help when red tape and greed trickles down to pharmacy chains.
