I give this pharmacy minus 0 starts. They are very unethical and unprofessional. Whether you are in store or n much more on the phone. The staff will place you on a hold and leave you there without any answer. I understand there are times where they are busy, and I wish they were more polite to say please call back we are busy rather than leaving you on hold for 45 min. During my hold on the phone they kept answer as please hold and stated on hold for another additional 35 min. once a pharmacist answer she pretended she couldn’t hear me and just hand up. I called constant to this pharmacy to request an update on medications and it is always the same, staying on the phone for over 30 min or the staff giving you an attitude for calling. They have poor communication skills between them, and have very poor customer service. Unsure If corporate reads the public reviews because clearly this is still an issue & nothing has been done about it.
Absolutely the worst Rite Aid pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I've been a Rite Aid customer for over 20 years and have never seen a pharmacy run so poorly with an absolute disregard to their customers. The fact that Rite Aid corporate hasn't made management changes to this store is simply appalling.
I had a little issue with placing cash on my PayPal, I deposited 480.00 onto my PayPal debit. There was an error and the cash did not apply to my card. The representative thought the payment went through. Unfortunately it didn't. I took her word for it due to the delay in the transactions. Unfortunately I had to return the next morning to have the money properly placed on my card. They had to perform an audit. It seems that though their till was over $480.00, it wasn't something they sought to reconcile last night. I arrived at 9:45 a.m. the manager who was to take care of it wasn't available until 10:00 a.m. now it is 10:44 and we have focused on the issue and they are working diligently on it to get this taken care of. Unfortunately, now I'm going to be late for work because I have to be at the office at 10:30 a.m. The customer service was exemplary, kind, and long-suffering but, I wish this never happened.
I have been standing in line for 20 minutes. There is literally four people behind the counter just talking to each other and laughing. I have a pregnant wife and kid in the car. They seem to not care at all. Way to go Rite Aid great job on customer service!
The pharmacy is the WORST Twice they put me on hold, forgot I was there and then forgot my meds. 7 minutes on hold to reach someone. I ask if my meds are in and they put me on hold to check. Person 1 7 minutes later someone else picks up the phone. I ask my question again and they put me on hold to check. Person 2 7 minutes later someone else picks up the phone. I ask if all my meds are in and if they can deliver them. I'm told they'll send everything and they hang up. Person 3 That's more than twenty minutes and three people to answer a yes or no question. They did send my meds Person 4 but they forgot some so I call back the next day. I ask for delivery Person 5 and I'm told to request it online. Online doesn't work so I call back Person 6. "Oh it's after the cutoff that's why you can't request delivery" so I go in to pickup Person 7 and wait in line with ten other people. They're so fast to rush you off the phone that my simple "please deliver everything when available" required far more time and seven people over two days. Service at this location has been constantly poor. It's in the heart of Beverly Hills and rated 2.8 stars? I get better service at McDonald's. Go to Mikey's or CVS
I love the Rite Aid store on Canon! The fact that the pharmacy is open 24 hours is so convenient especially for those nights when you have a sick child.
The store is pretty good, the pharmacy is not that great. Don’t have medication, don’t accommodate and god help you if you need to call them. No one answer and once they do they would hang up on you
You can never reach the pharmacy over the phone unless you call multiple times and wait on the phone for 20 minutes. They are always out of the medications you need. Long lines and they take their time here.
I had to pick up a few items here while on a business trip. This rite aid was kept up well and has a large selection of items. I didn't have to wait long in line and they had everything thing that I needed. I didn't have to pick up any prescriptions while I was there so I can't comment on how good the pharmacy service is.
Terrible service. Very rude. I came to buy the ice cream at the ice cream station. No one was behind the counter and I walked to the cashier. She told me to asked the other cashier. I waiting about 15 minutes for let they talking and laughing together. Finally I asked the cashier again they seemed annoyed me. I don’t believe what kind the business. Rite Aid if you still have the employees like this please closed your business.
