Been going to pick up my meds from here the last few times, became a permanent go to pharmacy for me, refills are easy, the staff is nice and the pharmacist spends time explaining to me what I’m actually taking. Deliveries are on time and can be scheduled online. Truly amazing

I owe a debt of gratitude to the owner, Eddie. I have unfairly taken my problems and frustrations that I have had with the insurance company out on him and his staff, who are not only professional and offer the best customer service in this industry, they are friendly and kind and have taken good care of me. He took the initiative and spoke with me. We had an open conversation and in doing so, we cleared the air because we both expressed  our viewpoints. It meant the world to me. When was the last time , an owner of a company took the time to talk with you about your concerns?  I appreciate this act of kindness. Thank you Garfield.

Garfield Pharmacy is a great local neighborhood pharmacy/resource.. The owner - Eddie- is always there and is ready to help.  He and his staff cares-- when my doctor doesnt call in refills- they chase them down for me--when I need have a question about meds-- Eddie is the guy-- he also gave me  FLU shot and SHINGLES shot-- I support local small independent places like Garfield-- so should you!

Garfield Pharmacy is a complete breath of fresh air when it comes to going to the pharmacy. I was so fed up with getting the runaround at other places, and I couldn't be happier to have found this unbelievable gem. The level of customer service provided by Staff is unparalleled & awesome. I can call in my prescription, and they have it ready for pick up minutes later. They really care and do their best to make your experience exceptional. Aside from the unbelievable service, Garfield Pharmacy is well stocked with great over the counter items, snacks, and even an impressive selection of greeting cards. The best part is. If they don't carry the thing that you're looking for, not to mention they have some cool products that I can’t seem to find anywhere, like the curaprox toothbrushes & toothpaste! & Inhale health products! also, they will order it for you and have it available asap!

I needed to purchase Excedrin PM.  A lot of places were sold-out except Garfield pharmacy in Beverly Hills.  I normally don't go to BH because of traffic,  but driving there was a breeze.  The city of BH has large parking structures which made it easy to park, walk to Garfield pharmacy and return back to my car within 10 minutes.

Personal service by skilled experienced staff who remember you and understand how to work through insurancr company categories and secur doctors clarifications to approval for your prescriptions.  Their Modern text message and notification system accompanies old world willingness to pick up phone... best of all worlds

TODAY, JUNE 11, 2019, I HAD THE UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE OF RECEIVING A CALL FROM THIS SO-CALLED GREAT PHARMACY, FROM A VERY RUDE, SNOTTY, OBNOXIOUS, AND COMPLETELY STUPID, MILLENNIAL, A GIRL, WHO SHOULD NOT BE EMPLOYED BY SUCH A WELL THOUGHT OF GROUP OF HUMANS, WHO HAVE BEEN GIVEN SO MANY ACCOLADES BY THE PUBLIC!!  THIS "THING" ON THE PHONE, SPOKE TO ME AS IF I WAS 5 YEARS OLD!!  SHE HAD A LOT OF NERVE AS SHE OBVIOUSLY FORGOT, THAT, IT IS THE CUSTOMER, WHO PAYS HER SALARY!!!!!  SHE NEEDS TO SPEAK WITH PEOPLE WHO RECEIVE ANY COMMUNICATION FROM HER, THAT THERE IS SOMETHING CALLED "RESPECT" THAT SHE NEVER LEARNED!!  SO SAD, ISN'T IT???  OBVIOUSLY, SHE WAS NEVER TAUGHT TO RESPECT HER ELDERS, AND, IF SHE WAS TAUGHT RESPECT, SHE NEVER HAD THE BRAINS TO LEARN IT!!  THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS PHARMACY, NEEDS TO HAVE A REAL, LIVE, SERIOUS DISCUSSION WITH HER, AS NOW IS HER TIME TO GET IT INTO HER BRAIN, THAT THE WORLD WE LIVE AND WORK IN, OWES HER ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, BECAUSE SHE HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING FOR THIS COUNTRY AT ALL!!  I HIGHLY DOUBT IF SHE EVER WILL, ESPECIALLY IF SHE KEEPS HER ROTTEN ATTITUDE, WHICH SHE HAS AT THIS VERY MOMENT!!  SHE NEEDS TO GET ON THE BANDWAGON FOR TRUMP!!
