While waiting at the minute clinic waiting area for the first appointment of the day. I’m sad to say this questionnaire to check in has asked me if I have been exposed to covid and as I look around I’m pretty sure I have, between the unwashed computer check in that is requiring me to toggle between their dirty touch screen and my phone to the un washed floor with spills, hair balls, and toothpicks I can see this has not been swept since yesterday minimally. It’s gross for a dr visit… thanks but no thanks, not feeling confident here. Hope it’s cleaner in the Drs office.

This must be the WORST CVS Pharmacy in the whole U.S I swear. Lack of morals,  they talk over you when speaking. If a Dr sends over a px why isn't it filled? Why must I call or come to the Pharmacy for them to have fill it and have to come back again.  Been here for the 3rd day in the row with no meds. The drive thru is soooo slow, been here for 25 mins already. I don't know what happens back there but customer service sucks! This cvs needs help ASAP!!!

Okay so this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too I do not recommend this cvs pharmacy at all I have filled here multiple times an the first 2 times was fine now every time I go I either wait all day for my meds or do not get them at all my sister had to wait 30 Days for her refill one time and we both take medication we cannot go days without or we will wind up in the hospital there is only one person I like in there he is extremely sweet and does his job in searching for ur meds to be filled an all but I will be switching pharmacy asap this is ridiculous and I will try my best to get ahold of the corporate office. Do better Mr.pharmacist

Have your doctor fill your prescriptions elsewhere!!! This pharmacy lacks any Moral aptitude to fill prescriptions. . We're talking about people's lives, physical health and mental wellness here. . Our son has autism and is non verbal and depends on Abilify to regulate his violent outbursts. Are you understaffed? Underpaid pharmacy techs? What seems to be the issue at this particular CVS?

I have used CVS over my years of life many many times. Have been very pleased even though they are not my primary pharmacy. That is only due to the fact of my insurance. Personally I would prefer to use CVS over my current pharmacy. There is almost always no line, people are almost always friendly, stores are almost always clean aisles are free of debris and boxes to be put on shelves. It makes it easier to shop and allows you to want to go down each aisle instead of seeing boxes in an aisle You see an open aisle and you don't mind just going down and looking. By the way, prices are usually very good at CVS.

I had a terrible experience on September 12, I asked for toilet paper and was told by a lady worker that it is outside in a trailer and she is afraid to go out there. Anyway, I was out of tissue, so I asked the cashier if he could help me. He did go and checked the shelf with me . The lady that I asked before came screaming out of nowhere and said I will go out in the dark. She was just screaming at the top of her voice to the point where others were looking at me. I did not say a word. I just went to walgreens and got the tissue. By the way, the old man did give me a raincheck to come back at a later time. Very bad service.

I don't know what is happening with this pharmacy, lately they don't accept health insurance for medications, right now I have my special girl without her medications and the doctor and medicaid don't understand what is happening they can't give me the medications and I have to pay them all. I was in a line and everyone had the same problem with this pharmacy.

CVS Pharmacy has a great plan w/my Ins and I am able to get limited needed products as a bonus. Great caring and helpful staff!  Great shopping in a clean, well labelled aisles and great choice of products, reasonably priced….

I had a great experience at this location the pharmacist had everything I needed and when they didn't have what I needed she made sure she got it for me in less than 15 minutes great customer service shout out to Angelina for helping me and caring for my needs thank you so much awesome experience

The older male pharmacist but is THE WORST. he calls customers names, threatens them with law enforcement & has people trust passed. This store has really went down hill since TJ left. Paul really needs to look into new staffing
