If you are at all able, go literally anywhere but here. Apparently having a prescription called in 4 whole days before you need to pick it up isn't nearly enough time for it to be filled. Showed up to be told it'd be a 20 min wait "because we're short staffed". Not sure how much more time they need to put 3 pills in a bottle but sure. When it was finally ready, the guy who rung me out handed me the bag and walked away. Didn't ask if I had questions. Being understaffed is no excuse for doing your job poorly.
Pharmacy is severely understaffed and it sounds as if the phone is always ringing. I had an appt for a vaccination, had difficulty checking in online but arrived almost 10 minutes early to check in in person. It took 5 min to even get to the register to check in. 20 min after my appointment I had to leave. Not sure what the purpose of scheduling an appointment is if you are placed in a queue after arrival. I'll be going elsewhere. Previously, I've only run in this location for non pharmacy items and, while the stock is often low or out, I've not had significant issues.
This place is god awful. I would rather go to Walgreens. Not the greatest but, @ least 3*. Rite aid us a much better option. The Pharmacists r very high functioning. I think they r Mensa level. Safeway is very sparse on Non-prescription but, nothing wrong with them either. Amazing how good they do with employees. Okay, enjoy your week.
This place is a monument to managerial ineptitude. Seriously, the management for this store has their heads so far up their behinds I'm guessing they can taste what they had for lunch. I've seen more fully stocked shelves in soviet Russia. Coming here for something specific? Good luck. It isn't the fault of the workers, either. They've been great every time I've been in there. The problem is management. They do not staff enough people to both stock the shelves and ring out customers, so the shelves get emptied but never refilled. It is baffling, how this multi billion dollar chain allows this to happen. Seriously, management, if you even read these things: put some priority on customer experience and give your staff the help and time they need to stock your shelves. I won't be returning any time soon, but if and when I do, it will be the last time if it is anything like my previous experience.
Lots of stuff with no price on the shelf. Shelves are half empty. I thought you were supposed to be notified in the app or text when prescriptions are ready. This has never been the case here. Then they put the script back on the shelf so you have to wait in person because you never got a notification it was ready. Try calling and no one ever answers in the pharmacy.
First off the pharmacy staff don’t what they are doing half the time. Don’t expect to walk in and out to get a pickup even when they text it’s ready every time it’s a 10+ min wait wether there is 1 person there or 15. If it’s not 1 problem it’s the other. Super ghetto lots of homeless in and out. Never restock anything. Overall horrible CVS
If you like waiting in long lines to find out your order is always filled incorrectly and they have to close for lunch so you need to come back in 2 hours this is the store for you. The CVS mothership goes out of its way to make sure this location is under stocked and understaffed. If you didn’t need anti anxiety meds you’ll certainly need them after frequently this black hole for your free time.
They have no hand soap. I looked everywhere. They have facial wash and body wash. They have a million types of cleansers and moisturizers. No simple hand soap anywhere. Also, the shelves throughout the store are half empty. It looks like they haven’t restocked in months. Where’s all the stuff?
So many unfounded negative reviews! People fail to realize that this is one of the busiest CVS pharmacies due to the close proximity of the hospital and other medical facilities. Yes, they are overworked but they certainly don't need to be bashed. If you have to wait days for a refill, chances are good, it's not the pharmacy but more of an issue with your insurance, the doctor, or any number of issues that require clarification for authorization of the refill. In so far as the store, in the 4 years I've been frequenting this CVS, I have never had anyone be rude to me. I've definitely seen quite the opposite from customers though. I'm sorry others seem to have such bad experiences.....I dunno, maybe I'm just really fortunate because of my positive energy.
My son had a bad ear ache and my pediatrician office let me know Saturday morning they would fax his prescription in. So later that day after work I went and for twenty minutes they didn't see a fax or message from my pediatrician office. Cvs burien told me to wait till Monday. When I called my pediatrician office they let me know that faxed it in on Saturday . So today Tuesday in the afternoon I got a text letting me know the prescription has been filled. Why did it take 4 days to be filled. when I called the cvs burien the tech let me know they received it Sunday but filled it today so when I complained she didn't apologize but let me know they are other cvs locations that can fill my prescription. Wow I'm shocked no wonder there location has bad reviews.
