The staff are hardworking and deal with a lot of complicated issues in our dystopian healthcare system.
The staff are friendly and it's very likely they are understaffed, so I don't hold them entirely responsible. However, my prescriptions have only once been ready to pick up by the time they were supposed to be ready and more often than not they don't even have the medication there to fill. Their ordering must be really off because my prescriptions are not unheard of, but there seems to always be an issue.
Friendly staff but not efficient. As others have noted, prescriptions that are ready by "X" time are rarely so, and more often than not they'll start to fill your prescription once you arrive. Anyway, build in 20-30 minutes of waiting. But the reason I'm reviewing today is that, after calling a full day in advance and being told my prescription would be ready at 3:30 p.m. the following day, they didn't even have the medication on premises when I arrived to pick it up. They had to refer me to another location, adding another 1.5 hours of wait time and additional travel. A That's not something I have time for. B If calling in and confirming an order means nothing, I can't in good conscience give more than one star, despite previous visits going smoothly.
Friendly, helpful, and personable staff. The only time I have felt any different is when I have shown up close to closing needing my prescription filled that day. I can't blame them for that, I would be a little annoyed myself. Every other time was as good as you can expect from a very busy and popular pharmacy.
I called to find out if I needed preauthorization for my medication, they said no, I came in, they didnt know how to bill my insurance, they also told me my savings card needed to be activated, so I activated it, called them again, and then they told me I did need preauthorization. This should have taken 2 days max to get my medication. Now it will take over a week. I dont recommend this pharmacy. They dont seem like they know what they are doing. The man that I met at the counter there was also impatient and rude and didnt seem like he wanted to help at all.
For how short staffed they are… this pharmacy is great. They go the extra mile. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Pharmacy lady! You’re still the best!
I’m new to Washington and I went here to pick up my medication. Worst decision of my life I have given them my id and insurance card and yet they still manage to put my information wrong in the computer. I was told to come in 30mins later and my meds will be ready. When I went back the next day. Another assistant was helping me and wanted to tell me my birthday I stated was wrong. Instead of the 5th it’s the 26th in their computer. I got the prescription and the address is also wrong. Moving forward next prescription I never even got a call for pick up it’s been nearly 6 days and nothing. I had to call my dr to make sure it’s sent even. Their pharmacy continuously puts you on hold when you call.
Their customer service isn’t too great. Over the phone they either don’t answer, pick up & hang up, or when they do answer, they tell me wait times that arent accurate. They also take super long filling prescriptions
Regardless of how often my doctor faxes, or how often I call them as I've been specifically asked to do or insert notes on online refills, something always goes wrong. They cannot locate the doctor's fax, or note, or they'll text me something is ready, but it's not. I even wait 2 or 3 days and it's still not ready. They cannot tell if I'd paid online. They are just a chaotic mess.
Shocking how dysfunctional they are. These are medications people need for their health, they either don't care, or have no idea of what they are doing. I've used other FMeyers in the past and they were fine, but certainly can't get my meds at this one again.
