For being on the edge of a rough section of town, this facility is immaculate. I went in for a general check up from a sore throat and cough, and they made me feel like I was at my Primary Care Physician. The front desk was courteous and efficient. I was brought into a small office to be seen by the APRN and the visit went smoothly. They covered all the steps for care. Overall, the whole staff made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I would highly recommend this walk-in center to anyone in the area for its convenience and its efficiency. I hope I don't feel ill again but if I do I will definitely step in to the Charter Oak Family Center.

Beautiful event for a great cause. The food was fantastic & do was the atmosphere. Im thrilled to be apart of the organization and and looking forward to future events.

Don’t call them rude men on phone when needing help hung up without letting me finish no work ethic’s no respect for the patient like that’s your job it’s not my fault your working there. Be more kind and more respectful to people

I made a horrible mistake I'll trying to cut out an ingrown toenail on my own. This caused excessive bleeding and resulted in an infection to my large toe on my right foot. It wasn't until 2 p.m. that I need to get a check in charter oak health center which closes at 2:30. This did not deter them from being professional and act in accordance to AMA regulations. The staff attended to me in a rapid manner as to triage, and after assessing my toe it was determined that I need to be put on a high dose of antibiotics. Overall is only in the building for 15

The cashier woman at the pharmacy is very unfriendly. She thought I couldn't understand English cuz I am asain and cursed in front of me than yelling very rude i get feel like racism.

I've have been fortunate enough to get Chiropractic treatment by Dr Brown. Truly has helped. I loved going twice a week..no pain!! Thankyou

Can someone tell me what is wrong with their telephone lines? I’ve been trying to reach the primary care doctors office for a week now and no one answers their phone calls.

U never get to see a REAL doctor. Always an APRN or PA..never an MD. Sad cause I have numerous medical issues ...

I've been on hold for 20 minutes just to reschedule my dentist appointment and this is so sad because a place like this shouldn't have you on hold for so many minutes and I think you should start answering the phone calls

The urgent care front desk member was very unprofessional. Overall, such a horrible experience!
