Food tasted good, ice cream is great Wish there were more options on food, but I do love that they are affordable. We've had great service the two times we've visited. We did go the other night for a free dilly bar after completing a receipt survey...they didn't have one, which was ok. They offered us something else..but... They told us to pull up because they had to look for the replacement item? I guess it wasn't easily accessible? Either way, we waited and waited and waited and Noone brought anything, so we just left.

Absolute waste of my money. First off i spent 17$ on a cheeseburger blizzard and 2 orders of pretzels sticks. I get to the window and they tell me to pull around. Then they bring out my blizzard with no napkins or lid. 15min go buy and my blizzard has made a mess and they only brought the burgerasked for only ketchup and had everything on it. So i have to go inside and they rush to make pretzels and only make one order and were the most pathetic bread sticks. No salt or anything on them and nothing with them. Absolute waste of MONEY.

The employee at the window/over the speaker was quite rude. The blizzard I ordered was a mini size and all the mix ins were still at the top not mixed in.

Went threw drive thru an sat for 15 minutes before someone said can they take my order..an wasn't no cars out there an 1 car ahead of me..bad customer serviceFood: 4/5

Pulled up to the drive thru and waited 15 minutes there then had to back up and go inside to order my food took them 30 minutes to get my food to me. Very bad customer service.Food: 2/5

We were the only people in the restaurant. We watched 4 cars go through the drive thru. The young lady who served us was wonderful. A 1 star rating? We waited 18 mins for 2 burgers & 2 fries. Nuff said!Food: 3/5

I just went through the drive through and the girl was not only beyond rude and unfriendly but she told me she wouldn’t serve me a hamburger without cheese. Lazy. I’m only giving this one star because no stars isn’t an option.

I have been to this DQ multiple times, and it is by far the worst DQ I have ever been to. Each time I go to get food, the food never tastes fresh, and the service is always slow. I even went one time to get food, and they said they weren’t selling any food, which is crazy. I’m not sure if it’s from lack of workers, poor management, or just lack of care, but I won’t be going back. I’m honestly surprised they are still open.
