A public library system serving Boone & Callaway Counties, except for the City of Centralia.
Established in 1959, the Daniel Boone Regional Library (DBRL) provides public library services to three library districts in Missouri: Boone County Library District (outside the 1965 Columbia and Centralia, MO city limits); Callaway County Library District (all of Callaway County); Columbia Library District (within the 1965 Columbia city limits).
The Daniel Boone Regional Library system, which includes the Columbia Public Library, the Southern Boone County Public Library in Ashland, and the Callaway County Public Library in Fulton, strives to be at the heart of the community, a trusted resource and partner known for excellence, creativity and open, equitable access, connecting every person to opportunities for a lifetime of discovery, learning and joy.
