Really enjoyed our time here at the arcade. Place was clean, staff was friendly & just a good family atmosphere. The only drawback is the pricing is a bit high. However, this is a tourist area, so it is to be expected. Overall, I was very impressed with the arcade.
Blue was by far the best! Awesome personality! Great service by him!!!! What a fresh breath of air. In todays society we loose the customer service, but BLUE did not fall short! Thank you sir! Ordered the Philly burger and it was great. Onion rings I wish were battered versus breaded but hey that’s the only thing. Wish I lived closer. My spot when I’m in area!
What a great place! It's not new to have arcades with food anymore but this layout and the quality of the food makes this restaurant a solid choice for those looking for family fun! The arcade side is nice and open, so you're not slamming into other patrons, and the games are nicely varied - some easier and simple, and some more advanced and skill-based. The games are also huge, so visually it's something to behold! On the other side is the bar/restaurant area which has so many TVs you can't possibly miss the action! The food was also quite impressive with the MVP going to the chicken and waffles! It looked and tasted incredible!
This place has so much potential! Could definitely be a 5-star place! The food was good. I had the loaded fries and highly recommend them! Service at the restaurant was impeccable! This place has so many game options, but the disappointment came when my girls went to redeem their tickets. There WERE NO tickets! Come to find out that they didn't get ANY tickets. I'm not sure why because we purposely picked the option that allotted tickets and not the pay by the hour option. So, needless to say, we probably won't go back for the games! However, there is a small bowling alley that was well maintained and affordable. We paid about $34 for two of us to bowl for an hour. We got 2.5 full games in despite a glitch that required us to wait for an attendant for over 15 minutes. That is also where the place loses its appeal. It is extremely hard to find someone to help you when you need it. It seems like there is only one person running the bowling and the floor so you won't find them easily! Thankfully, they added 10 minutes to our play time at the end, but even still, It was frustrating. Overall, it's a great place as long as you're not expecting to win tickets and are not in a rush. Definitely prefer D&B for the game portion, but at least the food was good here!
Overall nice place we had a good time. Over the weekend the place is packed with kids and it’s a very loud environment! It’s also hard to get to any games and it’s not the cleanest place in the world. Bathrooms are a health hazard to say at least. Staff? Not so friendly! Our bowling lane was malfunctioning and we couldn’t get anyone to help us until very kind Maintenance man came and solved the problem. Conclusion: very expensive, health hazard and loud. However at the end we had a good time!
The service wasn’t A+ or super fast but it was good enough. The food was decent enough. If you get the eat and play deal it’s worth it. You get a meal and a game card. Kids had fun and got to play some games and collect a couple small prizes mostly candy. I have been to other game time locations and this place is on par with the others.
Do not bowl here! Lanes constantly broke wasting are time. The bumpers were broken in one lane. An the other kept having pin problems Pins wouldn’t go up, balls wouldn’t come back. This took 15-20 minutes of are time. We only were allowed to get 5 minutes of are time back. This was definitely a one and done!
We recently came here to bowl with our kids 2,3,10 and had a great time. The price was equal or less than their competition in the area and parking was not hard to find. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They do have the dinosaur bowling helpers for kids if needed!
Was horrible service. And drinks tasted nothing like what we ordered. Our entree came out before our appetizer. My sever Mike was at least pleasant and apologize for his team mistakes but he shouldn't. Manager Jakeup passed by twice never came over or nothing to see what he can do to fix issue or anything. First time here to eat and I had the worst experience ever.
Tried happy hour at the outside bar/patio and it was great. Wasn’t too busy and service was quick. Couldn’t beat the price and the woman making my drinks was awesome. Best drinks I’ve had in awhile. Posting 4 stars because I never went inside so can’t speak on anything!
