Read the reviews. Being a driver for them is fine but, clearly working there is not!! Today was my FIRST DAY! No one was labeled as a supervisor, we went through a temp agency, they told us be there at 8, they actually don’t open until 10 and failed to inform anybody of this. I walked around for 40 minutes looking for a supervisor. First day there, they threw me into packaging and I had to literally figure it out myself. I had to teach OTHERS how to do the job who have been there a while when it was only my first day! I got yelled at for “throwing product on the ground” because their auto boxer jammed up and no one told me what to do when it did do I was trying to get the broken and damaged product of the conveyer that had piled up so I could find the problem, someone else was supposed to be watching the conveyer but I was. I was pushing out 3x as many packages as the lady I was working with, and was made to “clean up my mess” that was actually mostly made by the auto boxer jamming and me not being able to see it around a corner, because I wasn’t informed it was my job. Then they floated me to “restock”, I had been there from 10-2 with no break, my fiancé was o half way through his 30 minute lunch, and had already had his first 10 minute break as well. Apparently YOU are supposed to decide when you breaks and lunch is even though they won’t let you leave for break or lunch unless they decide it’s time. When I asked for my break, I was told to ask 3 different people and then denied one. I NOW 100% UNDERSTAND EHY THEY ARE CLOSING IN NOVEMBER AND ONLY HALF THEIR PRODUCT IS RUNNING RIGHT NOW!! I actually stood around for 1 hour with 8 other people because their machines are broken.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Maintenance doesn't do anything. Management doesn't care about its employees. They work you like dogs, working you six days a week. HR won't follow up with any concerns you might have. And the HR and one of the Plant managers cornered me and intimidated and harassed me into resigning, didn't have a woman around or anything. They said it was because of me running out of points but they have a policy where you are to get verbal and written notices of such and I received none of those, and I had doctors notes for all the days that I did miss.
Don’t make delivery here if you’re not white . They discriminated me didn’t open there door for me I been waiting at the door and pressing buzzer they have, as soon a white driver came to the door receiver opened it. That’s how I got in. After unloading they left trash of air bags in my trailer and I asked them where can I dispose those bags. I was told it’s not there property and I can use there trash can. Well it came with the load and does not belong to me either, at least provide me a trash can to throw those away. Never coming here again.
management doesnt fix any of the problems that go one and expect the cleaning crew to take care of everything. i know some one who has left and been left to return at least 5 times yet i left do to unfair treatment and am told i will never be concidered for a position again. i dont recommend working for this company until there management is dealt with.
Great people. Loaded in 20 minutes!!! And before the appointment time. Make sure you arrived precool at-10 F if you are going to load ice cream
