So, definitely not the best place to pick up from. Pros, staff was very friendly and very apologetic for being late loading me. They give great directions to people who have never came here before on how to get in and out. Cons, My appointment time was 1800. Arrived at 1735, was told my load would not be ready for another 2-3 hours. At this time, the pilot that is 5 miles down the road is full. But I parked at the BBQ place beside it. They called me at 2110 saying they had the middle door ready. This place is definitely not for inexperienced drivers. The two spots for reefers to dock at is weirdly set up with not a lot of room. Especially if someone else is already in a door. They just started loading me. Will post loading time after being loaded. Time from check in to being loaded was 1735-2300.
All staff at this facility were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Sadly…. It took a little over 16 hours to get loaded. Worst part…. No overnight parking..! Will definitely reject any future loads from this facility.
Two dingy Porta potties...go before you get there. Bring a jug... Expect at least two hours unloading a tanker. If y'all are going to screw truckers with a Porta John, at least get the BIG handicapped one so we have room to move! And refill the Hand Sanitizer! There should be one of those hand washing things next to them...I know, it's Alabama and y'all are kinda nasty anyway, but c'mon!
Appointment times are useless at this point. You may wait 6 hours, half a day or 2 hours just to get to a door.
Tanker driver here. Arrived 1.5 hours late, but was pulled right in. Appt time was 1600. I got here at 1730 due to being broke down. The place unloads 24 hours a day. Not a bad place. Workers I've met are all friendly. I don't recommend backing in tho. The bay is right off Hwy 31 and traffic doesn't slow down or have any respect for truckers. They have two bays for tankers. For reefers, the lot is a bit small and not for rookies. Good luck I'm sure they have an available restroom, but I didn't ask. There is a Pilot truck stop about 10 mins away and plenty of other places to park for a few hours along hwy 31, including depart. stores and grocery store parking lots, empty lots and some abandoned buildings with vacant lots. Having food and water is a given if you're trucker. Smh , some of these previous reviews left just crack me up! Most places take a few hours to unload/load. It's expected so stop complaining. You wanna see a long wait, take a trip to HEB in San Antonio, Texas then you'll know the meaning of having to wait. For me personally, I've never had a bad experience at a Saputo location and will gladly return here.
No parking, Pilot around the corner fills up fast.
I have milk delivery very good open 7 morning shoe up early
Went for job interview for maintenance great manager and very nice clean please
Good people always unload you quickly.
Avoid coming here!!!!!!!!! App. Time 8am, I checked in at 7 am, told me they didn’t have room for me on their warehouse… that they had to get some trucks outbound to make room for me. If they don’t have room and they have so much product why do they give us an appt. Time.. got a door at 12pm it’s now 3pm and they haven’t touch my load. Avoidddd!!!!!
