Today Mitchell Grocery Corp is known throughout the Southeastern United States as a leader in the food industry. The company now supplies food and food related products to more than 250 stores in 5 Southeastern states. In addition to the wholesale purchasing, storage and distribution business, MGC also operates a growing number of retail supermarkets with the various banners of Foodland, Food Giant, Warehouse Discount Groceries,
and Super Dollar Discount Food stores. The company is family owned, and it is operated with a caring, family atmosphere.
