History: Additional Office and Name Change in 2016: Deep Waters Counseling Services began as Compassion Connection, Inc. (CC) with the support of South Hills Assembly, Bethel Park, Pennsylvania in October, 2005 as a 501 (c)(3) faith-based non-profit organization because of a desire to see a culture changed by meeting needs that affect the total person. DWCS desires to connect with churches, organizations, schools, non-profits, businesses, medical facilities, and individuals to assist people in transformation from the inside out.
Deep Waters believes strongly that the connection of organizations working together can make a greater impact than working individually. We desire to be a support system to leadership by offering training and assistance to build organizations and businesses and help reach the community.
We will work with organizations through workshops, conferences and other means on site, to develop and build and empower people in their workplace.
It is our desire to assist people in Life Transformation through supportive relationships which will result in managing life issues and the ability to contribute to the needs of others.
Deep Waters can only accomplish these outcomes in collaboration with individual businesses, social entities, churches, government agencies, other non-profits, and schools. Partnerships working together will accomplish more than any of us could do alone in seeing the transformation process of lives.
