I really want to thank the care and consideration of the Southwestern nursing staff. I especially appreciate Ms Lea, my brothers nurse for keeping me updated on Glenn's transfer to  nearby hospital and back. She is the best.

G there is a nurse at this facility. Her name is precious. She’s the worst person in the world doesn’t pay attention to the patients my brother was there for nine days and they treat him horrible. Do not send your love one day you’ll regret it my brother, only lasted nine days that he passed away at the age of 47. Every time he needed something they would not bring it to him. It was on their time. Every time he push the call button they make sure to turn it off, they left him well taken care of him. They left him falling over. They left him in the wheelchair for three hours. He was in so much pain. They left him falling to the side and I heard him scream in the hallway while I was on my way in to check on him and take care of him. He was afraid of them, but they was one nurse who was the sweetest thing and felt his compassion. Her name was Mary She is a sweetheart the rest I promise you do not leave your love ones in there a nightmare, filthy smelly, leaving all the patients to suffer. Do not clean them and left him soiled.

Criminal neglect and the nastiest food you'll ever eat. I got an open wound bleeding on my foot for 18 hours now, nurses keep blowing me of and the other foot is infected and oozing pus because they refuse to change dressings as doctor ordered.

Nursing staff this afternoon, commissary, and occupational therapy are excellent.  Update:  Fiancee had her accordion file, containing utility bills, checkbook, and other oddments stolen from her room. Senior RN on duty was worse than useless, urged fiancee & I NOT TO NOTIFY POLICE, FILE THEFT REPORT. Feeble excuses offered by certain staff members. Met w/Nursing Director Janelle following day, who resented fact that theft report was filed w/local police. Janelle was insensitive, insulted our intelligence, made empty promises. The staff has been there and very professional. The therapists that work with her are fabulous and very relatable.

I'm so grateful that brother is in a wonderfully facility that care about people. The Nurse are caring, about the residents there and helpful  to there personal needs. May God Bless that place  and love they have for human life for other.

The people are very nice but, it's not good there ,when you push the call button it takes at least 20 to 25 min for someone to come. I got my pills whenever. Someone always had to tell them I needed a tray, a lot of the times my food was cold. It took them 3 days to give me water in a picture. This place is very unorganized. I was in quarantine and it was like they forgot about people in there. Sheets were never changed on the bed i was there for 7days. They don't clean the rooms very well.

Don’t send your loved one here if you can help it. The aides don’t care about the patients only see it as a job. My mom has been left in bed for hours in the morning after she ask to get up. The staff doesn’t take responsibility & likes to blame the residents or the family.   They don’t usually get lunch on time & help even when you are sick is when they feel like coming to your aid. Are our family members now prisoners?
