Del Rio Convalescent Center

This place is horrible. After going weeks without knowing, my grandma was transported to the hospital, yet I wasn't even told by the staff. Do not bring your love ones here.

My 97 year old grandma has been there for a couple years now and she is well cared for. Yes its not as nice as other facilities, but the staff there are very friendly and nice and they do take very good care of the residents especially during the pandemic. I am happy knowing my grandma is in good hands.

I currently work there and the environment And atmosphere of this place is so calm And mellow the patients are really interesting when talking about themselves and you can learn. About different lifestyle if you really pay attention...... my mother use to he a nurse here before passing away but she loved this place as well...

Wonderfully helpfull staff. Warm and enviting. Caring and compassionate. Great food. Completely professional management and nursing staff. Can't say enough about the help I am receiving here.

Del Rio has had our brother for over [5] yrs, and he has received the best of care for a secured facility - he eats well, helps on the grounds, and looks out for other folks residing there - We appreciate the institute -

Love the staff and how much they care for their residents. Also the fact that they went through pandemic with much UNITY and RESPECT for one another. I'm proud of this team!!! God Bless you ALL

The man hall smells like a pee hole , most of d cnas look like they only there to make a paycheck , not willing to help the patient, doing a half ass job all d time, sometimes they don't change the diapers for hours on the patients , and this is only the beginning... shame , shame shame ..

My Uncle Sylvester is being well taken care.
