Deland Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation

I recently completed a series of Physical Therapy treatments at AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab on N Stone St. in DeLand. My Physical Therapists, Marques and Kristy are both exceptional practitioners. Their encouragement, expertise, and their ability to customize my therapy program day to day, contributed greatly to my successes. The entire staff was cheerful and accommodating. I am grateful to have had my therapy at this facility and highly recommend that others seek out their services.

What a great team of professionals. When I go for each session I have the whole staff cheering me on! And it is making such a positive difference. I would just like to say I could not have a better place too go than Sports & Rehab at AdventHealth of Deland, Fl. I have been going their for several weeks now for shoulder & neck problems. The whole staff is great especially Kristen who is so nice and works so hard making sure all her patients have the total care that they need. I just can not say enough about her the way she makes you feel so welcome and the time she spends working with you. Anyone looking for physical therapy should think about this place because you can never go wrong. So, I would just like too thank Kristen & Zack for the great job they are doing. John

I developed a torn right rotator cuff injury and my doctor ordered physical therapy. In the course of the therapy it was discovered that my left shoulder was injured as well. I was privileged to have 3 different therapists, each with their own unique approach, to treat me. I found them highly skilled and very knowledgeable about the anatomy and physiology of the muscle groups. The exercises, treatment and prescribed home therapy has really helped me. The other staff and associates were kind, thoughtful and seemed genuinely interested in my welfare and progress. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this office. I highly recommend them!

This is a clean, modern facility with easy access. On my initial visit I was given a thorough explanation of the therapy that was to follow and during therapy sessions the therapists are attentive and answer any questions and offer directions/explanations as needed. I have been very pleased with the services I have received thus far and appreciate the expertise and attention of my therapists.

Jerry is a very skilled PT and helped me to not only get over my injury but also gave me tools to continue keeping my muscles strong. His knowledge and experience along with a sense of humor made this journey to better health positive. Brittney is a friendly face each morning and is accomodating when scheduling. I highly recommend this team if you need PT in the DeLand area.

The staff in Deland were super friendly. Megan, Grace and Kristy make my visits great! I was dreading physical therapy but glad I came to this location.

When I injured my knee and needed help getting back to the hobby I love they really came through and helped me. They are caring, compassionate and knowledgeable.
