My dad went in for some tests, expecting to return later that day. He was asked to stay overnight. Then he was asked to stay another night. I visited him there and brought his laptop to him. The room he was in seemed all right. He was sharing it with someone and it smelled bad though. The most amusing thing about this hospital is the mural by the main entrance. Part of the mural says primitive medicine and depicts some kind of Indian witch doctor. I’ve included pictures and a video of what I’m talking about.
Grateful I was able to seen on very short notice. Check in smooth, wait time surprising short, nurse was friendly, did not rush and cared about my issues. Charlie was very thorough, professional and easily brought smiles to alleviate my stress. So appreciated his explanations were understandable & I was able to relate. Start to finish a positive experience
I’m grateful to have a local Doctor who does a great job of getting information needed to continue my medical care. The others in the office were very nice. It was a pleasure.
The receptionist checked me in quickly and efficiently. My wait time then was very brief before being taken back and information was then taken by the nurse. Dr Griffith was wonderful, kind and efficient as always. She asked questions about my situation and after our conversation she assessed my problem, wrote a prescription, and submitted a referral. I highly recommend Dr Griffith.
Dr. Krishnan is a wonderful doctor. He is also very kind and compassionate & a wonderdul listener. He genuinely cares for his patients. His entire office staff are also very courtesy & helpful with anything you may need a hand with.
Great wellness check. Dr. Gill listens carefully and is so professional. I enjoyed meeting her “new” nurse. She was very thorough in checking my paperwork.
During first visit on Friday 6/2 only half of the tests ordered were submitted. I had to return on Monday 6/5 to get the remainder of the tests done. Shouldn’t have to get jabbed twice. Also no real benefit to having an appointment. Appointment on 6/2 was for 6:10 am. Two walk in customers were taken back before me. Didn’t get seen until 6;30. Also the after visit summary is not true. None of the items listed were discussed.
Checking in process was slow, I had a CT scan appointment and went in for blood work first. The orders were a little mixed up and even had a fire drill while trying to get the lab work done. FinLly got to radiology and it was quick and efficient. The staff was awesome.
What a beautiful place and the staff is amazing, on the professional level they all know what they are doing, they greet me as soon as I open the door. They know my name and they know how to do their job very well. I am so grateful for them. On a personal level, I trust them, they are so polite to me. They make me feel comfortable with what I’m facing. A big thank you to all the staff at AdventHealth Cancer Institute.
Every encounter from front desk to intake nurse, doctor and to scheduling future appointment was friendly, timely informative and complete. The parking lot, offices and furnishings were noticeably clean and appropriate. It all felt well executed and comfortable.
