If you are planning to schedule a criminal background check with them you should call again some time afterwards to make sure they didn't mess it up. My appointment somehow disappeared and there was no way to verify that it was scheduled since they don't track anything. You just have to trust their words that something was done. The only redeemable aspect in this exchange was that they weren't rude.
Trooper KIM is an amazing officer. My son was missing for 4 days and I was frustrated by the situation, trooper KIM was calm, polite and direct. He found my son in a 2 hour span. Needs to be commended for his outstanding service . Thank you Trooper KIM.
I miss these people. Any time I needed to call them they were there quickly. I always felt safe knowing they were the one's coming. Now that I switched jobs I'm dealing with a different troop and do not feel safe anymore. The troop that I'm dealing with now are lazy. I was at work and had to call 911 for a theft and the troop I'm dealing with now took a half hour to get to my job and I was being maced while I was on the phone with 911. Troop 2 never would have taken that long. I'm looking for a new job in troop 2's area just so I can have peace knowing when I'm at work the police will respond in better time frame. Troop 2 is definitely the best!
I was arrest at school a couple weeks ago for having a pocket knife and my school was just gonna let me go home and deal with it the next day because I walk home and it was the end of the day but the officer at my school Decided to arrest me last second and “ teach me a lesson” now he was soft on me like left my cuffs and when we got to the station and had to do the finger print and mug shots he was very easy going but he took his job way to fair So I’m my experience they have nice staff but the staff take there job way to fair
I am 18 years old and I came in because I lost my ticket. It was my first ticket and I was nervous but the 2 police men that assisted me were so kind and helpful! Wish I asked for their name so I can put them on here. :/ but thanks for the warm welcome!
Dsp is the most professional police force in the US. Don't be a criminal and you'll like them more. I have had many interactions with many troopers from troop 2, never a single bad one. You will see a lot of outright lies in the reviews of others here. It's common for any police force to receive bad reviews from liars and criminals. The rest of society appreciates that you don't like them, it means they're doing their job well.
Ok, wow. So judging from the reviews it seems I am not the only person who has had a near death experience with these Troopers. They are monsters in fact. I was driving on Rt. 1 Southbound when a blacked out Chevy Impala came right up in my back seat tailgating me. I quickly moved out of the lane to give the car space, and even switched lanes a few times so this Chevy Impala would stop following me aggressively. It got to the point where I was so uncomfortable with how close they were following me, I put on my hazard lights. The officer then puts HIS police lights on in the Chevy Impala and then bumps my car off the road. I LITERALLY SAW MY LIFE FLASH BEFORE MY EYES. I veer off into the median and the officer speeds off and turns off his lights. He did not traffic stop me, there was no emergency. So I just would share this story. Apparently you need to go to a state with stricter tax codes for the police to be remotely civil.
The old lady that took my fingerprint, I think her last name is Patt, she was extremely rude to everyone. She literally yelled at one of the person that asked her a question.
One of these officers drifted into my lane and almost hit me in a head on collision. Apparently these officers dont know how to drive and almost killed me.
Horrible customer service and attitude displayed in trying to get simple fingerprinting.
