teeth cleaning for adults and children, x-rays , oral cancer exam, oral exam, fluoride treatments, pit & fissure sealants on children
Services are provided by dental hygiene students under the supervision of a dentist and registered dental hygienists. Prior to seeing patients in the clinic, students complete approximately 20 weeks of education and clinical practice. Our patients that are accepted into the dental hygiene clinic offer a variety of learning experiences for our students. Because our clinic is first and foremost a teaching institution, our patients are required to make a commitment to attend a number of 2-hour appointments. In return, our patients receive outstanding dental hygiene care at a very reasonable fee. Patients receive a copy of their dental radiographs and documentation of treatment that was performed at our clinic. We advise our patients to schedule an appointment with their own dentist after their dental hygiene care is completed at Delta College.
