Dr. Martin is the best doctor I have ever seen. He cares very much for his patients and is always available to help solve a problem. The staff at this facility are always amazing. Going above and beyond is a daily thing for them and they accomplish it beautifully!
Fantastic staff that truly cares about you. The doctors and nurse practitioner are all extremely knowledgeable, and have your best interests at heart. They really take the time to address all of your concerns. I highly recommend this practice.
Good doctors terrible reception and check out. Reception is incompetant and rude... they make me play phone tag just about every chance they get. When labs are requested by the Dr I never get a call back from the testing offices or references. When I point this out they are always rude and insost they sent a fax and that I need to wait longer. I've had over 3-4 different occasions throughout the year when I simply never got a call... Medicine is hard enough as it is.. these people do nothing to make you feel like they are working for you. They view themselves as essential to you, not as a service to you. will be looking for other primary care... it's a shame because the Drs and nurses have been great, but its a team effort... My care was never followed through well
