We always shop this store, but today was a different experience and not a good one. We were walking in the store and the security guard pushed pass us, I asked him if he could least say excuse me. He said he did and we both new that he didn't say anything he just pushed pass. We were talking saying that we didn't hear him and he in loud voice over his shoulder said he had. Really rude man. Then he started following us around the store. We see this as stalking and harassment. He wasn't doing this until the incident downstairs. We were doing our normal shopping in the store and paying our Dillard's bill.
REBECCA the women’s MANAGER is the most disrespectful lady I’ve ever spoken to. She was unhelpful and just wanted a sale. I bought a dress from them along with two other dresses right before my trip to wear for a wedding and I decided not to wear the one I wanted to return. I went into store to return with tags on not touched and Rebecca refused to return the dress. I’ve worked at Dillards for two and a a half years and I’ll tell you they will do anything to not return an item, even if we knew you didn’t touch the clothing piece. I knew what she was doing and I only knew from experience of how the store use to teach us to never return. She was very dismissive and rude about the situation and when I told her I previously worked at a Dillards and knew what she was doing she tried ending the conversation. When I told her I wanted to speak to store manager she wasn’t helpful. She knew that would get her into bigger trouble. DILLARDS IS A SCAM. It always has been they love the money they don’t care for the customers. Hell even the employees they didn’t care for. Once again REBECCA who is obviously knew to this location with not much customer service experience was disgustingly rude to a CUSTOMER. Which is the crazy part. REBECCA I hope you read this and take into consideration with how you treat a customer.
I needed to purchase undergarments for an upcoming wedding. The Lingerie Department in Dillards is exceptional. The saleswoman name was Dusty and shewas so helpful and knowledgeable about the Spanx collection. She is an asset to Dillard’s and to any customer she helps!
I always find deals here! I love shopping here. Mary Rose helped me to find the perfect graduation dress! She is so sweet and made sure it was within my budget! Thank you for making my day, you are the best Mary Rose!

I went to the Bobby Brown counter for some foundation on Saturday and was helped by the most wonderful person. His name is Jason. He not only found the things I needed but gave me some tips and tricks on make up. Very lovely human. I’m not loyal to brands or stores but will definitely look for Jason next time.
They have a decent selection. My partner and I were shopping here for a wedding we are attending. We were directed to the formal dress department. The employee of the formal dress department was very pushy and I could see she really wanted to make a sale. She kept handing my partner and I dress after dress to try on. Mind you, she kept handing my partner pink and floral dresses and me dark colored dresses which seemed strange to me. She also kept handing me dresses in size 14, which I’m not. I’m a size 8-10. When I’m shopping I don’t want to feel like employees are hovering or impacting me on what I buy. I definitely won’t be returning to this store to shop formal dresses again.
Didnt have a great selection of menswear, but the service was fantastic
Used the bathroom, would do again 10/10. Elevator was pretty cool too.
A clerk named Roxanne assisted me and she was very helpful and pleasant.
