I had a good experience today with J.... You know what that isn't real. I had a [censored] great experience today. First I walk in, quickly greeted by Jack & Jose. I explained that I pulled the tire of my wife's SUV that has a pinhole in it. He said we can take care of that for you. I also mentioned that I had a lawn mower tire I needed fixed. Not only did they fix my wife's tire, they mounted a new tire for my lawn mower that I got elsewhere, at no extra cost. I will never buy tires anywhere else. Jack and Jose understand going the extra mile and solving problem. [censored] epic!!!
Though I was only there for a screw in my tire, and they were very busy, they took care of my tire immediately. They were fully staffed and very very pleasant. 5 stars to them.
I was sent here because they had a tire I wanted that another discount tire didn't have. They took care of me in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy they were.
Couldn’t be more pleased with the service at this Discount Tire. First, they replaced my damaged tire which was <1 year old with a new one and applied for warranty proration so I paid about 1/3 of the price. Second, they did the work in literally 6 min from the time I walked in the door. Third, the manager and employees are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Having to unexpectedly pay for a new tire isn’t an enjoyable experience but when you have people like this it makes the entire process so much better. Really appreciate it, Jose and team! Keep up the great work.
Always a great experience dealing with the team at discount tire. J Joshua was the last person that helped me over here. I wish I could remember all the names of the guys that worked on the car and helped me out. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to do anything tire related. Thank y’all for always getting stuff done the right way!
Had tire pressure light going off. They checked when rotating tires but it went off again when traveling cross country. I called and made appointment to change out sensors, $260.00. When I showed up he said he should only have to do a hard reset. The gentleman did this and also found two small nails in a rear tire. Saved me $260.00 and made sure I was safe to travel cross country. This is why I have been using Discount Tire for almost 40 yrs!!
They have gone down over the years. I was 1 of the first ones in and 5th vehicle pulled in for flat repair and watched several vehicles go in and out including 1 that got new tires and still waiting on flat repair and it was in the shop the entire time. Not only that I watched them do another car they did tire rotation and balance and when the tech torque the wheels back down he did not go in cross pattern and didn't even torque the locking lug nut.
Made appointment last week, got my truck and trailer in right at appointment window. Got my new trailer rims wrapped out, and rotated truck tires. Really liked seeing them torque the spacers before mounting rims again! Great service and experience. Thank you chris.
Zachary and Ramon took care of my vehicle fast and efficiently. Great customer service. They fixed my problem under 30 mins. It was a nail in my tire and it was free of charge. Happy. Happy. Happy.
The workers are nice but are horrible at determining what happened to your wheels, twice I have gone with two different cars both with cracks and the employees told me that nothing was wrong with both wheels. They looked multiple times and reassured me nothing was wrong and it ended up being a crack twice
