Went over to Target to get a replacement fan since my other one broke. Bought the fan, but when I unboxed it and began to put it together I noticed that it was broken in several places. The first time that I called, I was hung up on. Called the store again but no one picked up for Guest Services.
Just came to Target because they were cheaper for vitamins and I like their socks but both items were exactly $1 more at checkout then what was marked on the shelves near the item. That was a 25% markup for the vitamins and a 7% markup for the socks. Just strange how both items were exactly $1 more expensive. Makes you wonder if someone isn't skimming.
Love our Target… always clean, always helpful, always has what I need.
Stock is extremely low at the Waxahachie location. Even when ordering online items show as available for pick up but once order is placed, the store cancels the pickup order as not available. This has happened several times so we now drive to the Cedar Hill location for our items.
This Target store has the easiest returns and is fairly organized and clean.
The Waxahachie store is a great store with multiple friendly and knowledgeable employees. However, during this time of year their Texas stores are HOT, temperature wise. I never thought until now to record sweaty shoppers and employees and post on social media because this has been ongoing for years and it is time for this to stop. Otherwise, the employees were working hard to keep the store stocked and attend to the needs of their shoppers. Kudos to the employees inside these sweat boxes.
LOOOOOOOVE this location! They’re always fully stocked not so much in the freezer section of the grocery area. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. I swear there’s something in the air that makes you want to shop longer! I use the drive up options often 4-5 times a week and the associates are courteous and prompt!
Great customer service and workers were very helpful on finding what we needed.
Prices ring up higher than stated on labels. So many empty shelves. Store looks messy. I’m wondering how Mgmt takes any pride in this store.
