The staff are rude and ghetto on the phone. Never considerate of the fact they work for a pharmacy and not Walmart. I’m a corporate Apple employee and was referred to Divvy by UHC. It’s been awful since I switched. I’m in the process of going back to Walgreens because anything is better than this. The last time I didn’t even get my Klonopin and when I called the woman on the phone ghetto & rude said it wasn’t an emergency and that I could just skip a month of it. My husband is a doctor and she clearly has no clue that it’s lethal to just suddenly stop benzodiazepines. That was enough for me.

Literally I get more calls from them than anyone else! Calling for the same reasons! Talking 20 minutes to answer two questions. Not to mention I confirmed what pill I was being mailed and half was not sent! I will not be continuing with them! Please don’t let them fool you on the phone…they seem nice and all but I just don’t like the service. Luckily most my pills are not urgently needed but still would be nice to have them all.

This company redefines incompetence.They wait until the very last second to ship your medications so that if there are any problems you will run out of meds. Their phone reps refuse to help and their supervisors are nonexistent. Avoid doing business with this company at all costs!  PillPak and CVS offer the same service but actually deliver on their promises!

Wow this could actually be the worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with.  They hang up on you and they also won't fill prescriptions unless you agree to a long term commitment.  United Health Care should have done some better due diligence before acquiring this mess.

Overall: NO THANK YOU! DONT GET TANGLED UP IN THIS MESS!!   Pro: -boxed simply, nicely sorted packages. -Easy to use. -Helpful diagram of pills with lable. -polite customer service  CONS!!!: WHERE TO START? -long wait times on the phone -tossed around on the phone a lot, I feel like it was a call center not a pharmacy. -They forget pills half the time -Your insurance won't cover / approve medication through them half the time, though they approve it at other pharmacies. -they make it IMPOSSIBLE to leave them! I had to go through an hour long process of canceling a subscription. Plus then no pharmacy would work with them to transfer the prescriptions! I wonder why?! I had to call each Dr individually to have them send a new RX to my new pharmacy -after canceling the subscription, or so I thought, I kept getting calls from my drs saying they got a call from my pharmacy divvydose saying they requested a refill. AHHHH!!

Dealt with them several times. Never able to keep constant notes for my account. They could never get all my medications sent to me with out me calling and telling them they messed up again. Every time you call it’s like talking to someone who’s on a ledge. The person on the phone couldn’t care less what you were saying and took their sweet time to get anything done. All that work just to call in again next time for the exact same reasons. Don’t use them

This is the most aweful experience with my medication ever!!!!! Never on time and always missing prescriptions!!!! Then when i try to move my scripts back to my pharmacy they refuse!!!!!!

Simply the worst.  They seem to either not understand that customers have needs or they don't care... I guess most likely both.   You Will Be Sorry if you make the switch
