The entire staff was so kind and caring! Dr. Estopinal is so personable and reassuring, and so were the nurse, lab, and front of office staff. They also went the extra mile helping me to work with the pharmacy to obtain my prescription. I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

So thankful for Doctors urgent care. Dr. Estinopal and his nurse today got me feeling better instantly. When I came in, he knew exactly what to do. They took awesome care of me. The NP, Amy has also take care of my husband, my kids, and myself each at least once over the years. Everyone at Doctors is awesome and does a great job.

Brought our 14 month old in for a fever of 102.6. They were the only urgent care that took babies near us and would not accept our insurance. That was fine we payed and then sat down to wait. 40 min later and we finally got called back. The nurse told us the doctor would more than likely want to run some tests and gave us prices. Which we wanted to wait until he saw our son and ruled out any ear infections and such first. Immediately before he even looked at our son he said he needed tests. We had concerns about his ear he had lots of wax and has been swimming a lot with the heat. He assured us that’s not what it was but prescribed us medicine and pushed the tests again. We were just very unsatisfied with the service we received as is seamed all they wanted to do was run unnecessary tests to collect more cash.

If you ever find yourself in need of urgent care, this is the place you should go to. Dr. Estopinal is amazing . He’s a very personable and caring doctor who listen to his patients. This also goes for the nursing staff, you ladies were wonderful. Thank you, Dr. Estopinal and staff.

I took my mother there to have a Covid test administered after it was done, Dr. Galvan came in ad hollered at my mother and I saying we are the reason people are dying and that we killed people because we are not vaccinated. I will NOT take my mother there again for any reason and will make sure that I report about Dr. Galvan.

The girls at the front desk were very rude except one older lady, she was kind. The male Dr was very unsympathetic and I felt rushed. He didn’t do anything and I was still charged full price. Did not have a good experience.

I didn't see a sign that read "please sign in here". I saw two windows with the number 1 labeled on one and the other window had a number 2 labeled on it. I thought these numbers were just for labeling each window. I went to the first window and the woman behind the window didn't even look at me. Her glass window was drawn closed. I then went to window number 2 and the woman behind the window was on her phone scrolling. Her glass window was open. She said "go to window number 1 and sign in". When I went to the first window I signed in. I didn't see the clip board the first time. Still ADD a sign. The woman behind the window still ignored me while peeling back a banana and eating it right in front of her person and directly in front of the window. She wasn't doing anything, yet she waited for me to sit down and then she called me up. Why not open the window when I first came to her window and make eye contact and then say "please sign in?". I think that she wanted to finish her banana and I think that she does not feel ANY need to direct a patient or make a patient feel welcomed. She's not friendly. The doctor was GREAT. My results were quick, professional and accurate. A++. The technician was super kind, accommodating and professional. The best I've seen, but I noticed after I made a complaint about the woman upfront his demeanor and expressions changed completely towards me. Not right. I do recommend this urgent care facility.

Aimee Coulon, APRN, reception and other staff members were very kind, understanding, patient and came to a complete resolve for my problem. I have never received such great medical care anywhere in my entire life. Thank you!

I had a great experience on January 6, 2023!  Kelly, Halley and Amy were very friendly and professional.  Had pain on my right side rib cage which felt like a fracture!  X-rays showed no sigh of fracture!  But I was told that cartilage damage could have occurred!  Got recommended prescriptions!  TYVM

I've read some bad reviews about this place, but i went because it was close too my house. I recieved fast and excellent care. Very professional and everyone was as nice, as nice can be.
