My visit to the Smile doctors was amazing. The doctors were very nice and they told me and my mom all the details about what’s going to happen when I get my braces. They showed me the different kinds of braces there are, and at the end of my visit they gave me a goodie bag and they let me pick out some snacks. Overall the visit was a 10/10.

I had to call and change my appointment time. The staff was so rude. I actually had to ask for a manager. I was hung up on and when I called back, nothing was done other than saying "we will educate our staff". I lost an hour of work time trying to report the issue. I am totally NOT SATISFIED. Why should I use my beneifits to a staff that is rude and not customer oriented????

This place is beyond amazing. Dr. Marc is the sweetest and the staff is super sweet. Me & my daughter are currently patients.

I want to start out by saying all 7 of my kids and myself have been been patients of Dr Jack Deveraux and Smile Doctors over the years. I’m so glad we are, especially after my 13 year old son, the youngest of my 7,  dove into the pool wrong on a Sunday afternoon knocking out his front tooth. Dr. Deveraux didn’t hesitate, he wanted to see him right away and opened up the office that night to wire his tooth back in place. He was so confident that he could save the tooth, which was so comforting and reassuring to this frantic mama at the time. I want to thank Dr Deveraux for going above and beyond to be there for us in our time of need…I’m so grateful for his generosity! We love and are so thankful for Dr Deveraux and our Smile Doctor’s team!

Awesome service and great and friendly office environment.  Also, staff very efficient and knowledgeable.

We had such a great experience here for our consultation, specifically with Liz.  Our consult was for my 12 year old son who is and has been extremely anxious to get braces. We have been told it is too soon due to the need to lose a few more teeth. During our consult, Liz being a mom herself,  could see my son’s disappointment and addressed his comments and concerns just as I have with my son. Totally unscripted and unprompted, she reassured him the need to wait and convinced him it would be better to wait until his teeth were ready. While it was the same thing I had been saying, my son needed to hear it from someone in the field. She was so patient and able to read his facial expressions and respond accordingly. We will be back when the time is right.  Very professional office and caters to the patient in the room

Heather and Jada provide me with top tier 5 star service everytime I come in for an appointment. They deserve a Starbucks gift card for the AMAZING service that is always given!!!! Highly Recommend!!!

My experience so far is great. Very fast service and affordable flexible prices. Liz was very sweet and helpful with consulting and getting me all set up.

We have been so pleased with Smile Doctors! So much so that after getting 3 children in braces, Liz R. convinced me try the new Invisilign Treatment. It has been easy and just like with my children, Dr. Devereaux is making sure they are perfect and I am happy with the results!
