My baby girl isn’t the best when it comes to meeting new people, she’s very cautious and is a big barker but they all reassured me that it’s no problem and they would let me know if anything happens. Everyone was so lovely to her and made sure to make her feel safe enough before attempting to groom her she smells amazing and her teeth are so pretty again 10/10 would return to again: she loved her groomer at the end of the day! Thank you so much again guys!
5 STAR SERVICE ALL THE WAY‼ My miniature Yorkie, Max, became fearfully of going to the groomers because he was hurt by a groomer once. I became fearful of taking him to the groomers It came to a point when Max NEEDED a professional grooming because he NEEDED to be groomed. No cleaned but Groomed. Praise God, DeLightful Dog, took excellent care of my fur baby without causing him any harm. I also have a beautiful beagle hound, Autumn. She didn't cry or complain, as per the groomer, so I did not cry or co.plain either. Thx Guys
We took our 8 month old Mini Schnauzer to see Melissa right after we moved here. She took such great care of him, and us. He looks amazing and we are so excited to have a groomer squared away so early in our time here!
I have to be honest took me courage to post this but I’m not happy about my service here. It was my first time and I didn’t get the best impression at all. I’m not sure if I’m coming back anymore. Even with the unsatisfied and upsetting outcome I didn’t bother getting a refund because I was just nice and also disappointed how I was not told before hand how much it would cost. So running back and forth from the ATM was upsetting too. On the phone prior the appointment I was told by a lady on the phone that 2 dogs would cost 60 dollars however at the end of my service I was told now that it was 120 dollars tbh I felt robbed. But one of the most upsetting experience I had was that by the time I got home I noticed that my dog had dry do-do on her bum and that she wasn’t properly cleaned. Also before coming at me. I did walk my dogs before hand. I asked their teeth to be cleaned. It wasn’t cleaned ….. so yeah not coming back. Just a fair warning… sometimes u don’t what u get others may have good service some might but I just wanted to express my feelings and I hope to share my experiences. Thank you
My mini Goldendoodle is OBSESSED with Melissa at The Delightful Dog! We have been going to see Melissa since June of 2021 and they have built such a special bond! She takes the time to give him extra lovings and always works to keep him comfortable. I am quite the protective dog mom lol Melissa makes sure I know exactly what is happening with his day at the spa. I’m also super picky about how I want him cut, and she always knocks it out of the park! I can’t recommend Melissa enough!
I cannot recommend The Delightful Dog enough. My husband and I are military and have unfortunately relocated away from the Clarksville area, but we continue to drive from out of town to get our dog groomed here. And that’s because we have yet to find a groomer that gives the same amount of care, attention to detail, and time as the employees at this business. For the negative reviews saying that they keep your dog for several hours- yes that’s true. My golden retriever is normally there for 5-6 hours. But that is because the groomers at this business are committed to giving 110% to your dog’s grooming. Yes you can find groomers that only take 1-2 hours but you will not get the same result for your pet. I myself tried to go to a cheaper, quicker groomer. And although my dog was returned to me quickly, he did not come out looking nearly as good, nor did his groom last for even half the amount of time. If you want quality business from people that care this is most definitely where you should take your fur baby. I only hope we can eventually find a groomer just like them at our new duty station.
My Mom has been taking her dog Molly here for years and she loves it and so does Molly! She is always so clean and fluffy and Molly always looks forward to her visit to the Delightful Dog, here she is ready to go!
Always kind with excellent skills. They don’t rush their services. They take their time to give attention to detail while grooming our miniature Schnauzer. He’s always looking handsome and perfect!! This is the only place we take our dog to.
Melissa is great with my show mastiff boy. He absolutely loves her and can't wait to get in the shop. If he doesn't see her, he starts searching for her, lol.
I found this place to get my 6month old Giant Schnauzer groomed and the lady who did her did an amazing job. Plus my Kaia Rose smelt so good and she knew she was so pretty. I will be back for her next groom.
