Yea know I don’t usually comment, today I am. Regarding your cashier from todays experience. I have never seen such a rude cashier. She is horrible, didn’t say a word, nothing, didn’t get receipt or didn’t even ask if I wanted one. And last but not least she didn’t even say thank you or anything at all. I won’t shop there if that women is there, I will go some place else Today: Jan 29,2023
Fall and Halloween decor is out and going fast.
I like to pop in here when I want inexpensive vases to use in acrylic pour painting! Photo frame selection is usually pretty good when I feel like doing alcohol ink on glass. Overall, a nice selection of products. My only real complaint is aisles are difficult to navigate as there always seems to be something blocking them as shelves are restocked or delivery people have their hand carts blocking the freezer section.
Even though i usually just go to the one in Leesburg, Whenever i go to this one in lady lake I never have no problems, Employees are very nice, from coming in to coming out. Love their art and crafts section.
I usually love the employees in this store but I was in there tonight at 7 PM.1/30/2019 I was with my Aunt. She was in the checkout and she had an option for cash back of $50 so she chose it. When the cashier seen it she said”Oh no I just started my register at a certain amount!’ I won’t say here we own businesses.She called the manager over. The manager was real rude! She said I can’t believe you asked for $50 she just opened her drawer with blank amount! Why wouldn’t you ask before choosing that as she was walking away she said aloud I can’t believe she didn’t ask in front of everybody! My Aunt stayed calm and said the option was there I didn’t know she just started the drawer...I am sorry. The manager came out and said let this be a learning lesson to always ask before you choose money back. I said I own businesses and I have ran a register if it’s an option for people it’s not a requirement to ask she told my Aint I have no common sense! Actually implied we both didn’t! Very rude. Should have been handled very differently! I would be ashemed if she was one of our employees!
I love love love the Tree! BUT.... Not this time of year! CRAZY! I may never leave my house again. Do you not expect to find a cart to use. Expect empty shelves. Expect things where they shouldn't be. Expect to be entertained by your fellow shoppers. Enjoy yourselves. I need a drink.
Good place for inexpensive paper to put into gift bags and gift bags too. Need a greeting card? Most are 1.00 some are 2 for 1.00. Considering most people toss out wrapping and cards why not be practical. Great for kids gifts and cards too.
The cashier was rude and she overcounted my money. Won't be going back again!
A big thanks goes out to Jamall who works at Lady Lake Dollar Tree, who went out of his way to get something for me from the back that wasn't stocked. Great customer service, thank Not many people take pride in their job like you.
I’ve been to the dollar tree all o we. This location is so filthy and trashed. Nothing was on the shelfs. No reasoning to where anything was. Needs a huge redo.
