Wonderful beach atmosphere on Lake Weir but a little pricey upstairs. Lots of good comfort food, seafood, chicken, hamburgers, beer and cocktails. I haven’t been downstairs yet. They will make just about any drink you can think of. Try them.
Store is a mess every time you go in. You have to compete with pick-up grocery shopping employees, employees stocking shelves, and regular customers. Most of the time, the product is sitting on a pallet waiting to be stocked or on the top shelf out of reach. On top of that, once you've gathered your groceries, you have to ring yourself up and bag it all. They sit and watch you in person and via video as you go through the transaction and then have the audacity to ask you to see your receipt at the door.
Most rude deli employees ever. We were the only ones waiting for help. Two employees facing us on the other side of the counter. We stood there for a few minutes, where they ignored us. We only wanted Balogna. The shorter one finally said that they could not help us and we'd have to wait awhile and come back. This is not the 1st time the same employee has been rude. Anyway, Winn Dixie got our business.
Had to wait around while the all the employees scattered to avoid helping me. Wouldn't replace a battery that was internally shorted out that should've been under manufacturing defect. Nothing like being a lube tech and thinking you know it all
It's Walmart. Store is clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking available, 30 spots for golf carts as well.
Cashier lines backed up 5 and 6 deep. Only 3 Cashier lines open and saw 6 employees just standing around. I refuse to use self check-out, I am not an employee and not a trained cashier. I will not be shopping at Walmart anymore.
This is consistently the best Wal-Mart in the area. Better selection, groceries stocked, pleasant helpers, not too crowded, everything fresh. Deli closes a bit early.
This Super Walmart is ok/ good. This Super Walmart seems to be busy most of the time. It's not necessarily too busy but expect mid to back of parking lot to park. Otherwise, the flow of customers and checkout is simply busy but nothing that's too bad. Customer service, I'll give a 3 Star as well. They seem to be stocked up with their products; most of the time with proper expirations on Perishables which my local Neighborhood Walmart in my area does not! Especially meats!
The store is dated and could use a refresh. I had a bad experience with my pick-up order. I checked in at 9:50 pm, waited for 10 minutes, and the app proceeded to tell me the curbside pickup was now closed.I asked an employee if there was a manager who could assist with getting my item from the pick-up area. This employee was not helpful at all. I decided to try and go into the store and purchase the item and just cancel my pick-up order. As I do not live close to this store by any means. The item was sold out, so the only one left was the one I had ordered in the curbside pick-up. I found another employee. This gentleman's name was Kevin he was an overnight employee, and he was able to help me out. He found my order and that the system had me checked in. He was able to go into the curbside pickup area and give me my item. This guy going above and beyond is the only reason I'm rating this store a 4 star. Because, if I had to leave without my item and make another 40 minute trip out to this store. It would've been a 1 star rating. This young man showed exemplary customer service skills and compassion for someone in a tough situation. The first employee was full of excuses and couldn't be bothered to even give me a supervisor that was on shifts name. So, thank you, Kevin, for being a caring and compassionate human being and helping a stranger out. My kid loves the switch controller.
I dont like this store at all. You can never get hot food from the deli, they only cook it a couple times a day, and if they run out, they will not cook it for you. The dairy cases always have short dated product if you can even find what your looking for
