I gave my boss, my money to pay for the delivery fee for my free pizza while I used the bathroom in case they came while I was using. I came out and my boss paid for the delivery fee for my order. He told me the delivery driver gave him attitude and said thanks for the tip and walked away. I didn't know a tip was mandatory. I normally do tip the drivers but free pizza and 6 Dollars for a delivery fee is all I had on me. I don't appreciate the rude attitude especially towards my boss. Moving forward I probably won't order from this location. Thank u
I called for 15 minutes on ring to order 45 minutes before closing time was IGNORED called from my other phone answered right away to a rude child to tell me they were closed 30 min before their closing time. This place is a disgrace will never bother again and neither should you! I give this location a negative 5 no five stars deserved at this location find somewhere else to put your money.
HORRIBLE .. ordered a specialty pizza waited 30 Flippin mins for these people to screw up the order a simple order then the nerve to ask me if I want it remade .. my kids got school in the morning why would I wait another 30 min... you need people who can get their job done otherwise install robots they'd probably get it right
Never refunded me my salad that they didn't have. They first offered me a store credit and I asked for it to go back on my card. They said no problem, but it never happened. I didn't have the spoons to deal with it so I lost money. Between that and a few disappointing pizzas I'm just no longer a fan.
Ordered 2 pizzas and a pasta for delivery. Thin crust was delivered cold with and looked and tasted like cardboard. Their "tracker" said my order was being "quality checked" at 1:15pm and didn't go out for delivery until 1:33pm. So basically, my food sat there for almost 20 minutes after being cooked. Awful. Will not order again.
I usually don’t visit this Domino’s but tried them couple weeks ago and once I came home saw that they had put feta cheese on the regular cheese pizza I ordered for my kids. I had to drive all the way there again and had to get it replaced. Today I ordered a medium pizza and again they messed up my order and put sausage on the veggie pizza. I am NEVER ordering from this store again.
Domino's has turned it up a notch since the last time I remember eating their pizza. We ordered here for the first time from any Domino's in many years, and were very pleasantly blown away by how delicious the pizza was compared to the other place across the street. This is now the new fast pizza solution for our family regardless of how many "points" I had accumulated at the other place. Well done on earning our business back!
I asked for extra sauce not a pool.
Unfriendly and always stressed staff. Their app told me my order was already done since 10min when I arrived but actually they just started making it. Asked about this, they just ignored me. Staffs talk to you without even looking in your direction. The managers gives you a very strong feeling about being not appreciated as a customer. This happened now the third time, next time I will drive the extra 5min to Domino's in Hoffman Estate as their location is a lot cleaner and staff is friendly.
Terrible Customer Service, they locked the door on me when I came at 10:00 pm to try to get a pizza for my kids. Never coming to this one again
